Star Car Wash

I have been taking my cars here for 3 years and couldn’t be happier. Excellent value for money, excellent attention to detail and have not once have been late.

These guys do an amazing job. I'm never disappointed and always feel like I'm getting into a brand new car.

I paid $55 for a wash and vacuum. They left dust and debris and leaves in the car and did not clean the boot at all. When I complained they said that dog hair needs shampooing. Rubbish. A stiff brush and tape. Bad job. Bad attitude.

Had my car fully detailed, was very happy with the result though I noticed when I got in my car 2 days later there was a couple of spots missed entirely (cup holders hard to see in the dark lighting of the car park of the shopping centre) and the gas and break pedals were over waxed/polished had to correct it in the car park of the local Autobarn as I wasn't game enough to drive back to the car wash as autobarn was closer when I noticed.

Paid $115 for a clean inside and out. Interior looks like half of it has had a wipe over and the other half not completed. I would expect a partial refund as I haven't gotten what I paid for as you can clearly see from the pictures. Won't be going back again. Tried calling but the phone line is disconnected.

Had the $50 clean. Vacuuming not done well. Carpets and flooring minimally cleaned. Dust still found on various sections of the interior. A special request to remove adhesive glue was not attempted. I removed it myself with acetone when I arrived home. I was also informed that I would receive a text message when my car was finished. No text message was received spent 2 hours waiting for a text that never came.

They were excellent, considering I hadn't washed my car in a long time, it came out looking factory fresh for $55. Would use them again/10

They did an excellent job the car came up 1000% better than what looked like beforehand. They were quick, courteous, and well priced

Great service, completed in a timely manner and quality work, car looks great, will regularly use this service whilst shopping which makes it that much easier also

Had to clean my car when I got home after a "platinum wash"

Wash, wax and polish were really very good except the drivers side window was left wet and water marks dried all over it so we had to rewash this window and dry it when we got home.

Go here all the time and normally they do a fantastic job but today's experience I pick my car up and it was still a bit dirty

I paid $100.00 the vacuuming was just ok. The exterior wash was far to be perfect with area on the wheel like if nothing been done. It was not terrible but I paid less before for a better outcome

The interior of my car didn’t even get wiped down, the front windscreen still had smudge marks, even the exterior still had marks of dirt being still present. All in all I wasn’t happy with the experience, considering it cost $70

Back seats were not even wiped properly I paid $115 and definitely not worth it polishing job was also terrible didn’t wipe down interior properly at all won’t be going back

These guys are absolute legends! They do a marvellous job and their customer service is wonderful. My car was cleaned so well it was like new, dropping off and picking up was easy and the price was so good for the service you receive! I am definitely coming back again regularly after having such a great experience, I recommend them very highly!

I called them at 11am asking if it’s possible to do a detail on a small car and they said to bring it in at 12 and they’ll do it but when I showed up they said they don’t take any more cars in for the day. Really unprofessional. People never trust these guys again and won’t be coming back. I used their service before and the end result was average at best. Not sure what I was expecting this time. This doesn’t go for every Star Wash just the one in Penrith Westfield.

Worst car wash I have experienced, paid $55 for something I could have at a service station car wash!

Not wiped over properly, dusty and no vacuuming besides or under seats!

When I complained he responded with 'what do you expect for $55 '

I have had the same more superior wash, cheaper at Glenmoore park star wash!

Will warn all my friends- 100% disappointed

Paid a fortune for a wash and protective wax. Wax was not applied and there were marks on the car inside and out. Never use this company. Zero pride and very dishonest about the job.

Paid for a wash an polish not very professional still has water marks all over inside still dusty. Lost my fleet
