The car wasn’t wash properly a lot of water marks, wasn’t wipe properly its look like they didn’t polish the car. Its not worth it to pay $126 for the result.

I ask for the car to be cleaned and seats to be steamed they didn’t even do the back of the car and charged me $200.00 and under seats not vacuumed thoroughly and interior and spots that still have dirt and debris windows also had spray marks I have to wipe them down so I could see while driving not a professional job, shocking and disappointing won’t be going back when I can pay someone else $80.00 to do the whole car, wash and polish for half the cost and it be extravagant?

I went here thinking they would be some what good cleaning quality for what they were charging, not worth it!

I paid over $70 to have my car washed and this is what was returned to me

Paid $105 to get my car cleaned, patchy job missing some parts around the bottom of the panels, in addition to finding all my gold coins were stolen out of my car. Ridiculous

Terrible experience.
After thoroughly checking that they could handle washing a matte painted car with paint protection film applied they reassured me it would be fine.

I returned to find my car's paint protection film damaged (picture attached).
At first the operator tried to convince me that it is not damaged when it clearly is.
I was then given the contact details of the owner so I could arrange for the damage to be repaired.
At this stage the owner is not responding to my calls or text messaged about the incident, let alone paying for the repair.

120$ for a wash and vacuum van, usually 70$, Ridiculous, don't come here. Just waste your time. Thank you for your answer. It could be understood if the staff will not offer a lower price for washing without cleaning the windows. I don't wanna even say how ridiculous practice it is.

The finished product was great, once I had the chance to dry my car out. Wasn't expecting everything to be wet, they also broke my toll pass off my windscreen. They removed everything from my boot and forgot to return it, when I completed the sms survey they sent me, I advised of my concerns. I was messaged to say someone would be in contact within 24 hours - nothing! Then my partner returned to ask where my belongings were and he was told they would check video footage and contact me - 2 weeks later still nothing. Maybe I got the guys on a bad day? Won't be using them again, cost me $230 and now I have to lay out more money to replace what was 'misplaced'.

Paid almost $60 for a clean, theres still marks on my car and there was still mess inside (liquid spilt) they dont clean as advertised and im very disappointed and would like a refund

Took my car here for a 'full detail' over the Christmas break because everything else was closed. These guys did a horrible job. I took it home and spent another three hours fixing up the mess they made. The interior wasn't wiped down properly, there was over spray everywhere. They left a white residue on all the door rubbers. It appears as though they used a chemical or abrasive on one of the headlights, scuffing the headlight lens. They left cleaning product inside all of the door jambs. There was still dirt and mess visible down the sides of the seats they didn't bother vacuuming. Should have just done it myself, don't waste your money at this place.

I took the $99 service, because I couldn’t find my NRMA Membership number for the discount, and entrusted my car to these guys.
Fifty-eight minutes later I get the call, my car is ready.
I hardly recognised it.
It was just like a brand new car, not like the nine year old s#*t box I left with them.
I’ll be back, but don’t you take my spot in the queue.

Left my unloved car this morning. It was cleaned beautifully and ready at time promised. I'm very happy.

Wanted a detail service but told they had no time, could do external wash and interior vacuum with a wipe over of the dashboard. The wash happened but the vacuuming was very poor with some dirt not removed at all and the dashboard not wiped down. Very disappointing job indeed and far too expensive.

Got my car washed ended up with brown dots all over roof n bonnet and tryed to tell me it was tar when tar is clearly black and cleaning job inside is horrible and the customer service was horrible worst $69 ever spent will never return

I took my sadly neglected car for a star polish. It was embarrassingly dirty and I was sure it would need an extra fee to get cleaned. My car was finished in an hour, no extra charge and it is beautiful. Such a fantastic job done inside and out. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The only place I’ll get my car done!
