Was a bit disappointed with the service at the register. I was standing next in line and the guy at the register ignored me and served the person behind me instead, after that I decided not to purchase the items.

Everything you could want, and everything you didn't think you needed in the way of haberdashery, sewing goods, similar items.

Huge store, huge range, can get untidy at times, due to the nature of the merchandise.

Awesome store and having good collections. They have various options for sewing, clothing materials, party decorations, etc

Its good but expensive. I find quality almost similar to target and kmart but prices are higher than them.

Unhelpful staff. Tried to pay with a prepaid Visa, CSR did not know how to use them and tried to get me to pay another way. I had to ask three times for her to find someone to help her as this was her shortcoming, not mine. She rolled her eyes at me. The store was not busy at all she was just being rude and obnoxious. Yarn section is getting smaller and more poorly stocked, I suggest finding another store, this one is nothing but disappointment.

Great spotlight, nice experience with Kristina cutting some fabric for us. Very friendly but then totally let down by Susan at the registers who was a complete sourpuss.

Not enough staff and some dont know anything about products. Hundreds of choices but where's the customer service

Helpful Staff are difficult to find.

And when you finally figure out which staff member can help you, theres a queue.

Need more workers on the floor.
