I this day and age, FinTech providing you old style informed service, I experienced this with SmartPay and my contact Maisyn. Who was on top of the game through out the process.
The terminals powered by Telstra are fantastic. Fact that there is no fee if you clock over certain sales, is great. I love the fact that I can easily forward surcharge to customers. Rolls are free (deliver fee only). I am willing to give these guys 120%.
I recently just signed with smart pay for my business, and I must say Donald kang was amazing he helped and advised me through the whole application he was really professional and out spoken & I highly recommend Donald and his team.
