Switching to Smartpay has been a great move for our business. I can't recall a single blip in the past 12 months, and the fees are very reasonable. Even better, we no longer pay for the eftpos machine.

Cant thank Samantha enough. Saving us 13k+ a year on bs terminal fees. We do have issues from time to time but having a real person and having Samantha anytime is the service companies lack in this country. Definitely a asset to smartpay.

I have been so happy with this device. I tell all business owners when I see them using an eftpos machine from the bank. Stop paying bank fees! From my first point of contact until now, the service has been A+. Joanna has made everything so easy! She’s friendly, helpful and checks in every now and then. Big thanks to Joanna B your service is outstanding!

Starting my own business was so overwhelming! Trying to organise everything but Samatha Hutchins made organising my SmartPay by far the easiest she went above and beyond to help me as I had no idea but sue smashed it couldn’t Recommend Sam and smart pay enough

Swapping over to Smartpay has been one of the best business decisions I have made, they’re super efficient and the machine is easy to set up! I was up and going within a week, the customer service is superior it’s not often these days your looked after so well but Joanna goes above and beyond also the occasional check in just to see how everything is going… she’s amazing! Thanks for making my experience with Smartpay and enjoyable one

I have had my business eft with Smartpay for around 2 years now, they have solved every problem so fast and calmly, a dropped machine I was abused for by another eft company, Smartpay replaced it next day. My machine froze today and I was panic stricken and snappy when I called them with a shop full of customers and cards waiting. 5 minutes and I was up and running, the tech guy was calm and soothing without being condescending. Paper deliveries are super fast. Charges are fair and always kept up to date on changes on settlement days for public holidays. Not a complaint so far on this company.

Eftpos receipts came as declined, My customers have been charged twice… tried to speak to customer service and they put me through cancellation without even trying to fix the problem. Then they claimed that customers should call the bank and ask for a refund. Stay away as I’m considering going back to cba. 0/10 customer service! So disappointing….

For those requiring Phone and Internet (MOTO) approvals BEWARE.

The terminal set up for retail is fine, with connectivity options. Next day payment. Rates OK, set up pretty easy.

The MOTO part is terrible. Nobody told me there would be order limits, daily and monthly processing limits, and no international order capability, and virtually no communication about said limits. The Merchant Warriors (for god sake) who run this side of things will not talk to you. You have to go through the regular Merchant services.
Begged for significant increase in order limit advising what I needed. Told it was granted, discovered later it was only slightly increased. Complained again and insisted in being told limits. They still do not meet what I need. There is a risk you will lose out on the most important high value orders. It was stated to me that such limits need to be kept ‘invisible’ – How that is supposed to help your business is beyond me. You get a high value order and you don’t know if you can process it until you try! It’s absurd, potentially embarrassing and impacts your higher end – where you make the most money.
They also appear to play petty power games. I ask for a significantly higher limit – they increase it slightly. I plead again for limit and they give me one $100 below. Also despite the website clearly stating two days before receipt of money, they state mine will be 5 days. It’s a little Napoleon act.
I won’t say don't go there but hassle for what you need before signing up and ditching your current service. This crowd doesn't do MOTO very well

I note a bad review from a year ago regarding MOTO. The Owner said new processes had been put in place to ensure this doesn't happen again. HA!
If they respond and say they will ‘Reach Out’ to me – ignore it. They have, am still not happy and have told them so

Whilst everyday low value transactions are processed easily enough, customer service and higher value transaction aren't worth the delays. So far we're almost three hours into trying to process an order for less than $3k and we've had to phone them twice and still the problem isn't resolved. They just pass the buck.

I would like to thank Samantha Hutchins for a great service. I have dealt with many companies in the past, however the service I received was outstanding. I really appreciate her patience, help and support. Great customer service and will definitely recommend smartpay to my family and friends. 10/10 service.

Many faults, we had to receive replacements, replacement are second hand and refurbished equipment', lost business due to eftpos not working, considering moving back to CBA with paid fees

Smartpay is a great way for a business to save on fees. Mitchell was helpful throughout the whole set up process. I found this much easier to use with my software than Square. No apple device required with Smartpay.

So happy to find this great company. The service is always helpful and prompt. I am not speaking to some one that I cant understand. Never have to hang on for ages to speak to someone and the whole process is so easy and seamless. If you are thinking of changing take the leap you won't be sorry.

We were put onto Smartpay by another colleague and thought we'd give them a go. What a great experience. Fast and prompt service to get us set up, Mitchell was fantastic to deal with, prompt and very helpful. The ongoing service is also great. Would highly recommend.

Tania was fantastic to deal with.we decided to get the 1.5% component added directly to customers card to save us having to work it out each time someone paid on credit (above a certain $ amount)
I had the email in my ''To Do'' section for about 5 months! Once I finally emailed back, they called later that day and the whole process was done within a few minutes. If I had know that, I would have actioned it much sooner! Thanks Tania.: -)
