We have just changed over to Smartpay. Joshua Sutton made it a seamless process & our customers have been great regarding the change. Best decision we have made.

We have been dealing with Mitchell Carlson, at Smartpay, I have found him to be very good, with anything we have asked of Mitchell, regarding our Eftpos machines. We have been using our 2 Eftpos machines for the last 2 weeks, and have found them to be very responsive.

Have had Smart Pay for quite a while now, have had good customer service, reliable deposits of the EFT into my bank, quick delivery of paper and a replacement machine. Only problem at all has been the misplacing of the returned old machine which they can't seem to find.
