71Have been to this facility many times in the past and was happy with their service but the new film-less online system to view patient's result does not deliver as promised. The worst part was customer service, when I called to inquire about my result, the reception was rude i.e. Doesn't allow me to finish what I was saying and her recommendation in accessing the website/app wasn't helpful/working.
Went in for a ct scan on my back. Then 2 days later had a injection in the back. They explained everything what's going on with the treatment.
Every time I've visited here the reception have been super helpful and friendly they really went out of their way to not only fit me in but follow up my referral because I forgot it the last time I came in. The girls deserve the five stars for their customer service
Second time here and second time they wasted my time and lied to me.
First appointment was for a basic pelvic ultrasound and a non contrast CT. I was there for almost 3 hours, with the results being bladder too full to give diagnosis, so I had to repeat the test.
Called in to make an appointment and explained that holding a bladder full of water for 3 hours is not acceptable and that if they can not run to time, to please advise prior to making an appointment. Was assured that they should be running to time and to call up an hour prior to appointment time just to confirm, to which I complied and was told that they were on time and that a note would be made on my file regarding waiting time. 30 minutes I waited before I asked what was going on to be told that I was next. 50 minutes rolled around and de je vue set in. Left without ultrasound as it would have only been the same result. Yet again wasted my time and insulted me by lying. Spoke with liaison officer, who typically tried to smooth it over with the excuse of "communication error". Last time it was a "computer glitch". This place needs to be reviewed by AHPRA and they will be receiving my complaint. The other reviewers all seem to have the same issue, how many medical emergencies could one radiation facility have per day? You're not the emergency ward.
It was my third time here and service was sensational. The reception staff were friendly and professional. I was called to my appointment on time (which is very rare for a medical practice but seems to be the norm at RHI) and my sonographer made me feel really comfortable and relaxed despite my nerves!

I had the same experience with my pelvic ultrasound having had to wait another 40 minutes past my appointment time with a very full bladder. In fact I had to go and empty some of it as the pain was unbearable after 25 minutes. However, once the ultrasound was done, the experience was much better as I found the staff helpful with getting me the results relatively quickly. I was just dissapointed with the waiting times when you already have an appointment
Waited more than an hour past my appointment time, asked what the hell was going on and got the same spill as everyone else "computer glitch". They overbook and take walk ins, it's much like an Asian nail bar.
The 2 and a half hour experience for a basic ultrasound, altered my results as my bladder was too full, so now I have to repeat the test. Tell your doctor to send you elsewhere, it's pathetic here. The woman next to me had a toddler and told me she had waited 90 minutes past her appointment time.
I have been waiting for over an 40mins twice for a pelvic ultrasounds at the Rousehill location. What a joke. You need to drink 1 litre of water 1 hour prior to the appointment and they expect you to wait with a full bladder for a further 40mins despite having an appointment. After having 2 kids I'm in so much pain. This place sucks! Receptionist have no clue about wait times and just keep saying the wait won't be long. What's the point of making appointments? Get your practice sorted out.
Slow service at reception and always late. They must double book but don't bother to let h know. I had an appointment and they were Running 30 mins late, I was panicking bc I had to be somewhere after it. I was told to wait for xray afterwards but I did not have time bc they were so late. I was totally ignored by staff when I tried to let them know. So therefore I have to go back again and pick them up
I have been referred to Rouse Hill Imaging twice for my toddler son and once for me. On each occasion, reception staff have been inept, disorganised and incredibly rude. On each occasion the appointment time I have been given over the phone and the "actual" appointment time have been different. Not a happy experience with a toddler in tow. I have also had the location change with 10 minutes notice, only to arrive at Rouse Hill to be told (rudely) I now have to go to a different location at Bella Vista and to hurry, because "they're expecting you in 10 minutes. We tried calling you. " They tried callings 10 mutes before my initial appointment and I didn't get their call because I was driving to my initial appointment location. I have also been to the partner Imaging location at Norwest and have had the same experience. I will pass this feedback on to the GP medical practice I attend and will ensure I never get referred to Rouse Hill Imaging or Norwest Imaging again.
