I had one of the best imaging experiences at this place I have ever had (and I’ve had multiple scans elsewhere before). The staff were universally delightful and checked in how I was doing at every step of the process. As a doctor myself I know good from bad service when I receive it as a patient and there were no negatives at all. Beautiful clean bright premises and Dr Dugul was attentive, professional, friendly and very skilled. I hardly felt a thing during my spinal injection. Thank you team!

The receptionist is (the one in the side who welcomes people) very friendly and doing a very good job. She attended every person same manner and gives a very good service.
The lady who did the scan too was very friendly and did a great job.
The place is well organised and provides a good service.

If delay in appointment, the staffs politely come to us and communicate the exact reason for the wait. Great team

On 30 March 2022, I went to Rouse Hill Imaging to have a CT scan. Unfortunately just as I was going into the machine I suddenly panicked, became quite claustrophobic and breathless. I declined the procedure as a result. Daniel (a staff member) who was with me was very empathetic. He encouraged and reassured me to get this important procedure done. He stood at my side through the procedure. I felt that he went above and beyond his role to ensure i was comfortable and was able to get this scan done. Thank you very much for your kindness Daniel, i couldn't have done it with your help.

I can not speak highly enough of the staff at Rouse hill from the reception team to the imaging team and the Drs.
They are caring, accommodating and will do what ever they can to assist.
Special mention to Dr Lam and his assistance team made me feel like I was important not just another patient.
Thank you all for making a rough road with my health a little easier every time I come in

I had an emergency scan here due to a car accident. They were able to accommodate me despite of how busy they usually are. After 1hr 30mins of wait with a full bladder, I'm so glad I got Bianca as my sonographer. She was lovely, very personable and knowledgeable. She even asked my husband to come in and see the scan which was wonderful. Husband cried when he saw the scan. Bianca turned our day around and gave us a very wonderful experience! She is a gem! Thank you again!

Everyone I dealt with was brilliant. Friendly, quick to explain things and answer questions.and chuckle politely at my dad jokes. Clearly, not a place I'd wish to frequent but all the staff made the experience more than palatable.
BTW, the CT scanner was the worst ride I've ever been on.

Friendly staff front, back and phone.

Quality X-ray and MRI and very informative report compared to another recent X-ray I had. Also, surgeons, etc, can easily access the scans and reports online.

Online booking process isn’t worth it. Just call, leave your number and someone will call you back.

Everyone in this practice works like a team, highly efficient and minimal waiting time required for Scans. The reception staff is exceptionally helpful and thoughtful.

Absolutely want to thank Josh for his professional, calm and caring manner. I have had many tests recently and my veins are terrible. Josh has managed to apply the cannula where others have found it difficult to insert. His assistance and professionalism has helped me through these stressful tests and is greatly appreciated. I had a CT today. From the moment I entered, all the staff were very good services, especially the handsome man from Korea. The service was very good, because I had some allergies before, so he cared about me very much until I left. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

I've had 2 different procedures at Rouse Hill in the past week as well as previously and I can't speak highly enough of all staff and doctors. They are always encouraging, compassionate and reassuring, as I'm usually nervous. Even their injections have been virtually painless. Thank you for your care - it does make a difference!

Good morning,
I attended at Synergy Radiology for an MRI Scan.
As I suffer from claustrophobia, I soon realized I was unable to complete the MRI scan. The staff/technician, Jason, was lovely and very reassuring advising me that this issue is more common than not and would I like to reschedule but this time whilst receiving sedation so as to complete the scan. Jason rearranged my appointment for the following day. Again Jason met with me and asked how I was feeling today and reassured me today would be the day. He was right. Once the Doctor administered the medication I remember nothing and the scan was carried out effectively.
So many thanks to Jason and the staff at Synergy Radiology and to the lovely girl at the front door asking all the mundane covid questions I'm sure hundreds of times a day with a smile on her face and a lovely voice, you are doing a great job:)
