71Booked for a 9am appointment for my ultrasound, had to wait for an hour before it happened. Wish they could tell me there’s an hour waiting time so I could at least come back later rather than wasting my time sitting around in the waiting room. Terrible service when I approached the staff about the delay as well
This review is about poor customer service and not about a technician or doctor working at this place.
They have around 6 - 8 (I counted it) staff at front (3 on left side while another 3 on middle) and while some are taking patients details the majority are just talking with each other and I noticed that while I was waiting there for my turn. However, if you call this place they will immediately tell you that they are busy with other customers and ask you to leave numbers for them to call you.
So like all other radiology where staff actually pickup phone and give you appointment or tell you when your results will be ready this place simply won't pick your phone to assis at a time you need them but instead they will call you when they are free (this is my experience).
In medical business patients go to the doctor/radiologist when they need it and the doctor/radiologist admin staff not going to help when you need them then what is the point of going there?
The owner of the business should change their practices and start picking up the phone because for you it is another day but for the patient who is eagerly waiting to know the status it is a big deal and significant disappointment when no one picks up the phone.
I will definitely tell my GP not to send patients to the practice who has around 6 - 7 front desk staff but still no one pickups the phone.
I have no issue with the service provided by the technician or the equipment used at this place.
Waiting over half an hour on the phone to enquire why my xrays where not sent to my doctor by the date advised on the the day.
Yesterday, my radiology procedure went well. The radiology technicians were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel relaxed before, during, and after the procedure. However, I noticed some areas where improvements could be made to enhance the patient's comfort in this clinic.
Primarily, I faced issues with the reception call attendance when I attempted to call enquiring about my appointment process and seeking advice. Unfortunately, there was no one picking up calls. I tried a couple of times. Although there was a call-back option, the person would call back after hours of my message, which was often during my work meetings, making it impossible to pick up the call. Due to this inconvenience, I struggled to connect with anyone before my appointment.
During my visit to the clinic, I noticed that the seating arrangements and overall waiting comfort level were relatively poor when compared to other similar clinics in Sydney. I suggest that you consider providing comfortable seating options for patients who have been affected by the procedure medications and may be feeling tired. Installing sofa or armchair-type chairs in the inside patients-only waiting area would be a good idea, as I personally had difficulty sitting upright both before and after my procedure. Also, please make sure the patients have a option for their privacy.
Please be mindful of the TV channels you choose to play in the clinic. Sick individuals may find it distressing to watch war and other disturbing scenes while waiting for their medical appointments. It is recommended to choose something more pleasant to play on the TV instead. Thank you!

Lady at the front was lovely and very helpful. The technicians were patient & did everything possible to me feel comfortable. A much better experience than I was anticipating. I highly recommend this place & as a bonus I only had to wait about 5 minutes.
The front staff was very helpful and so was the sonographer. They understand patients requirement and support them and look after their inconvenience.
I had a much better experience second time around for my long MRI where the lady helped fill out the questionnaire for me and everyone was very kind, gentle, patient with my questions, made me feel calm. Overall I could tell that they really wanted to do well by me which am very appreciative of.
Lovely staff super helpful on phone and fit my daughter in urgently, really nice experience
Worst customer service ever. Almost an hour wait time on the phone to get to the reception and the person who attended the phone was not ready to check the results were ready or not.horrible!
The staff are friendly and polite. It goes a long way when you have a sonographer that talks you through the process and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process.
I have been coming to this place for years, the staff is friendly and professional. And they always make an extra effort to schedule an appointment for me at another branch if they can’t find an early date.
The customer service is vastly improving. It was quite good before also but I can see more efforts being put to make it even better.
Staff were friendly and welcoming, I had a male for my pelvic ultrasound who made me feel very comfortable. Very happy with my visit as always when I use synergy radiology.
The staff are always friendly, Jason who X-rayed my arm and Mann who did the ultrasound were both lovely and professional, thorough, pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended
Very professional and great friendly staff. Always recommend. 4 stars only because even though you book an appointment you end up waiting a bit long but i guess thats with every medical place, other than that its great!

Very rude staff at reception or whichever department answers the phone call. I called today to book a scan for myself and lady that answered the call was extremely rude and unhelpful & due to this I decided not to book an appointment with them. My last experience also was not great few months back as there was nobody to attend the patients or guide them with the process of registering especially if it is your first visit. Poor customer service
