A little note to say thank you to Nathan, Erica and Jason.

Being highly Claustrophobic, I find the thought of entering the MRI tunnel scary.

Nathan & Erica did an excellent job of calming me down and convinced me to go ahead with the scan. If it wasn’t for their support, I would never be able to get my scan done.

Lovely Erica offered to stay with me holding my hand comforting me throughout the scan. I cannot thank her enough for her support.

My sincere thanks to the team. They are very professional, considerate and empathetic at the same time.

Good service and friendly staff. Sreshta was very helpful in explaining the process and what to expect. She was detailed, patient and really took care with everything she did. It was very comforting and she took the fear and uncertainty out from getting a CT scan.

My Son had an MRI on his shoulder, staff were very professional and friendly and put his mind at ease for the scan.

Nice of you to tell me to drop in anytime for an X-Ray.would have been REALLY useful to know x-ray is only before 12 on saturdays.
Take 10 seconds extra to give people complete information and show that you actually care. Now i get to sit for 2 more days in pain waiting for a diagnosis.

I had a appointment at this facility in rouse hill for treatment as a second appointment i do not believe the necessary injection was carried out only surface of skin was scratched to imitate this it was all too quick no one gave me eye contact i have no injection wound sensitivity and no follow up images as i did the week before I have waited long enough to get all this done and now only to get ripped off

It's very disappointing that you allow people with very poor customer service at your switchboard or booking. Usually when I called, the ladies who answered sounded tired or bored; but on 22nd Feb, I spoke with Sarah (the name she gave me after she asked me "what do you need my name for? " when I asked for her name in the middle of our conversation because I didn't catch her name at the beginning of the call). She was very rude and impatient, and I could't let this pass so I'm prompted to post this review to bring this to your attention. I understand that you record all calls for quality assurance and training purposes (it was clearly mentioned by the automated voice before my call started), so it'll be helpful if you can review the call on 22nd Feb and our conversation at around 9.38am. I really hope you will act on this because it's unfair to the people working at the centre if the institution is getting bad reviews on their customer service. I've dealt with your technicians, sonographers, etc, a few times and they were very professional and accommodating.

I have never seen a group of receptionists work slower in my life. There is no sense of urgency in this place. There is a massive line at reception and the they are moving so slowly and having chats in between patients. But have always had pleasant experiences with the medical staff - especially grace - well done!

I went here after a bad experience at another rouse hill radiologist in the town centre, and let me just say they were extremely professional all the way through. A wonderful gentleman there addressed all my concerns and did not make me feel silly at all for any questions I asked. He put my mind at ease as he knew I was quite anxious about having a ct scan with contrast. He was so gentle and talked me through the whole process and was just lovely. They took me in quickly because it was urgent and the whole process went smoothly.

Gold star for professional CT staff. Don't tell Reception you have a Doctor's appointment in a week as they obviously push you down the queue for results. I was told 3 days which is far too long. Told on phone it would then be 4 days as 'someone' told whomever I didn't need results till then! Synergy proudly says online images are easier to access and view. Thus we should be able to access them ASAP and wait till Doctor has seen Reports. I won't go back to any Synergy location.

Doesn't even deserve a single star. Rude staff on phone, couldn't even get the booking right. Looks like they don't want any customer. Pathetic

I went to Rouse Hill Imaging Medical, the staff exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to make feel comfortable. Best service, loved it.

It's difficult to make an appointment here. Online booking request is just a callback request. When I called back, the staff member was rude and snappy. Next availability was almost 2 weeks away. I called another place and got an immediate booking next day and the person was very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't recommend this provider.

Rouse Hill Medical Imaging 
Today I was scanned at Rouse Hill Medical Imaging. I wish to thank the staff involved for their professional level of operation from the moment I entered the practice. A friendly staff member checked my temperature followed by a short questionnaire to protect from COVID. I was checked in at the front desk and explained of the process for my scan before being seen too.
My wait was short given the 25 -30 people before me, the practice seemed new yet operated very efficiently.

The interactions I had over the last week was a true credit to the professionalism of all staff. I was treated not just as another patient walking through the door! The staff on all levels were sympathetic and I noticed that was shown to others also. A credit must be noted due to a logistical challenge beyond there control occurred on the 19/06/20. The staffs ability to communicate to all patients about a delay was a true credit to them. Thank you

Avoid them if you are looking for medicare bulked bill! Some of the scans you can do from other bulked bill imaging center. These guys don’t do the bulked bill. So before making an appointment with them try other images center and see if you are covered on medicare! I paid $150 for a scan and $50 for a blood test which could have been bulk billed from another imaging center.

Horrible Experience, Diane left me waiting 45 minutes after getting changed while taking other people in infront of me then almost an hour later said "have i done your x ray yet? " Incompetent staff like this needs to be taken out of front line customer service and placed in a back room. Avoid this business at all costs they are very unorganized and staff are stupid.

All the staff have been very friendly and organised the three times I have visited, as well as being on time for all appointments. You get results within 24hrs.sometimes I have got it within the hour!

Reception ladies and radiography staff are all are lovely - they are professional, helpful and friendly. They are attentive and caring. Considering how busy they are I think they do a superb job of providing an invaluable health service!
