70The worst real estate ever the staff are very rude and unprofessional one of the staff told me that it is not my business when I asked her why they didnt clean the property before I take it and now they want to take $360 out of the bond for cleaning and water the property was clean and I just paid the water.they are money hunger not recommend them for anyone

Very rude people. Work ethics zero. I spoke to one of the staff member and he replied so rudely.
Even in the bad reviews they only reply with a answer justifying themselves and not having a apologetic manner.
First of all bad reviews would not be put in the first place if you just use good customer service and if your staff can't even do that at least as good humans beings reply back nicely. But I guess they are too arrogant.
The WORST real estate to deal with specially if you are a tenant and leaving the property. Money hungry employees who only care how they can get more from your bond. DO NOT recommend them to anyone! Wish could give them no stars
I have been emailed for couple of enquiries, and none of them get reply, each time I have to call to chase it up, if you don't call, you wont get any reply, - even in few month, even send another to chase. RHSM-if email is not one of your communication method pls don't list it or give it to customer. We paid strata fee, but I cannot get deserved professional advice or assistance, very frustrated experience.
Called their office for an inspection on a unit that was advertised as “available now” on the real estate app. On the day of inspection, Liam sent me a text message which stated the said unit has been recently leased. How can they not have any coordination or any idea that this unit has been leased n therefore needs to be taken off the market if its no longer available? Not good first experience with this real estate agent.

Not people I want to do business with, very very rude, Never reply to emails, bullying tenants, very poor customer service. I do not recommend them at all to any one.

Good service and quick process properties Agent with planty opportunities land or property size.
If i could give minus i would, everyone who has put bad reviews they are completely true and all the positive ones are just fake accounts.
They are always rude with attitude making you feel like you dont matter as a tenant especially when things need fixing they always make excuses.
Absolutely disgraceful and i definitely wouldnt recommend.
