70 The receptionist at st marys raine and horne is extremely rude. She has a patronising look and tone. She jumps to assumptions in the middle of conversations, which are made brief by her.
I decided to not use this real estate after have 3 encounters with her.
Other real estate agents on Queen Street are pleasant and helpful.

Peter is an exceptional agent. I cannot recommend Peter highly enough, and thank him for his professional and personal service. As an investor, I did a lot of research on agents in the area and Peter’s expert knowledge was invaluable. He may be a sales person but does not come with all the baggage of being pushy and overwhelming. Who would have thought a real estate agent could actually be a nice guy too?
I called to ask why the inspection person didn't come to the said date and time, then somebody answer me with rudeness as if it was my fault! When I'm the one who waited and did nothing but wait that day.
Absolutely no customer service.have been waiting 2 years for replacement fences. Cannot believe they some pay some of their staff. Good at taking the monthly fee and excellent at doing nothing. Sick of the excuses.
Don't deal with these people. They're sleazy, corrupt, and condescending people. If you don't want headaches, avoid Raine and Horne St Marys at all cost.
Zero stars, These bunch of human waste runs my strata and are the worse people to deal with, Rude, no customer services and no human decency! There licence needs to be reviewed and hopefully terminated!
I have only just starting renting with this real estate and so far very rude to me and have not made me feel very welcome, instead made me feel like i am in the way. I have been lied too and asked for things to be asked to the landlord but they refuse to assist, they will only do the bear minium of what they have to and still are very rude to me, there was only one nice girl, the rest have been the rudest people I have ever dealt with
Bruce kilgour & Helen Turner are the most rudest and unprofessional Strata Managers we have ever encountered. Action needs to be taken against their discriminatory behaviour and attitude.
Bruce the Strata Manager is extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. Doesn't even acknowledge customers, does not even bother listening, cuts you off, hung up without even answering direct questions relating to insurance & property. Pathetic and discriminating.
The staff at St. Mary's were absolutely terrible and rude, to the extent of raising their voice to tenants.
Can't manage bookings, enquiries or any aspect of their role as an agency. Hopefully they retrain or replace staff in the future.
After our poor dealings also with the Strata Manager and reading all these dismal reviews I think we all should get together and protest to the Princpal of Raine & Horne St Mary's or Raine & Horne head office. I have spoken with a number of Strata's that they manage in their area and a number of them have the same issues.
Our strata manager is the worst person to deal with. Mr Bruce Kilgour he looks down on everyone who will question him. Acts like he owns your home and never will answer any questions. Spends your hard earned money from the strata fund to all his builder mates that he hires to work with over priced things and just pays it out without consulting any owes. If you question it, all he has to say is his not a builder and does know how much they should charge. I have been living at my address for the passed 5 years and never seen Bruce at my address to check up on anything.
Bruce Came up with a special levy for the strata but won’t wright a letter to all the home owes why we have to why, what is the special levy is for.
Just run away from them. Extremely rude people. Just eat up my holding deposit! I don't know how these people are doing business.
I wish if I m allowed to give rating in minus. Really fed up the service I received from Bruce. It is wastage of time and your effort if you have any problems related to strata management. He always act to be helpful in meeting but you will see and feel how unhelpful he is.
Never ever go to Raine and Horne St Mary's.
Management took money from funds for expenses which never happened.
There is no explanation if you ask the management.

Very poor service, strata repairs take weeks if not months to action. AGM items not completed for 8 months and only after complaining to the manager. Not recommended as a strata manager.
We r one of the tenant related with raise and Horne st Mary we have worst experience with them in one year of lease bad attitudes from ladies employees and owner just money greedy just want to charge without any damage or broken not to recommend to anyone go with raine and Horne st mary u will never get ur bond back they r so clever to get money fm bond (money greedy) real stateeven not one star deserve
If you are looking for an unbelievably rude and incompetent managing agent for your strata then look no further. I could write a laundry list of complaints below about specific things but the general theme is that any repairs you request need to be followed up at least weekly for several months before they are actioned and at no point are you updated about the status of them. And don't even think about calling and asking for an update lest you be scolded by Bruce because he is 'far too busy'.
