70 I have my property managed with RH st marys. I spoke with Tom, he was attentive to what I needed and kept me informed throughout the whole process from initial consult to inspections and move in.
Professional and friendly service all round, great people to work with.
Jak was very helpful and informative in assisting me to purchase my first investment property! Jak has shown alot of knowledge and has also educated me in many ways! Will go out of his way to help you and will always recommend him!
The two lady property managers Lorna and Christine are totally unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful
Its a scam, they won’t give your full bond money back, bunch of lies
These guys are just your typical run of the mill real estate agents.
Make sure you get everything agreed to with highly specific time frames and on paper so you have evidence when you go to follow it up.
Especially important when signing leases.
I give them two stars purely because they did end up fixing my screen door that fell off, albeit after my communications got "lost" to begin with.
I moved into my first apartment for the first time. The team at Raine and Horne st marys were exstremely helpful! They got everything I asked to be repaired fixed and replaced punctually and were exstremely patient with my lack of knowledge, when it came to renting. I would like to particularly thank John, Lorna and Katherine for their continued support and advice. Amazing team
I can confirm all negative feedbacks about strata management.
That's an absolute disaster.
The strata manager is very rude, he doesn't allow to say anything. He doest respond to emails.
They constantly want to charge an arm and a leg to "supplement the funds of repairs " for other units or something else.
Tried to sell my house for 2 months no outcome.
Tried with other real estate, got it sold in 1 week with way less commission rate.
I will not recommend there services.
Leigh Weston was really helpful with an issue, he responded really quickly and issue was dealt with within a day! Definitely recommend him to deal with at Raine and Horne St Marys
R&H St Marys - Worst experience. They need to be trained on professionalism.
Poor and no customer service, rude staff and they just do not care at all.
We have been with Raine & Horne as strata managers of our rental property since 2012.in 2020 we had a tragic circumstance strike our property. The landlords insurance we had did not cover what we needed it to cover. Raine and Horne put us in touch with the strata insurance. The insurance company went above and beyond and covered all of our out of pocket expenses including loss of rent. We were incredibly grateful to Bruce at Raine and Horne and David and Shane from the respective insurance companies. "Raine and Horne really did look after me". We will certainly be with them for a very long time.
The two lady property managers Lorna and Christine are totally unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful, as a tenant they will not help you at all, will lie to your face, will not take your calls and will even hang up on you. They never can be bothered to call you back. Thomas Turner much the same as well can't seem to find the time to call people back. A Total lack of care for their tenants and customers, stay clear everybody.

I have been an owner of an off the plan townhouse in Emu Plains. The builder/ developer appointed this company. I have dealt with Bruce Kilgour and Helen Turner and have found them to be extremely unprofessional and they don’t reply to emails so there is no paper trail and they don’t reply phone calls.
Being a new investor in a Strata managed property it has left a very bad taste in my mouth because of my dealings with Raine and Horne so far. This company and Strata Management need to understand they are paid to work for us and not against us.
So extremely disappointing!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT A PLACE WITH RAINE AND HORNE ST MARYS!
I RENTED A PROPERTY THROUGH THEM IN OXLEY PARK AND EVEN AFTER PAYING $500 FOR CLEANERS TO CLEAN THE PLACE AND MAKING SURE THAT THE PLACE WAS IN GOOD CONDITION, THEY ARE STILL BRINGING UP FLIMSY EXCUSES NOT TO RELEASE MY BOND. THE PROPERTY MANAGER WILL CUT THE CALL ON YOU IN THE MIDST OF A CONVERSATION AND WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALL OR EMAILS WHEN YOU TRY TO GET IN CONTACT WILL THEM. AS I WRITE THIS, I AM YET TO GET MY BOND PROCESSED AND I HAVE INVOLVED FAIR TRADING TO CHASE THEM UP ON MY BEHALF.
Initial experience was professional and fairly easy. However the starting condition report was poorly written and required more information. Very responsive when they want something, but not even close when you request something (regardless if it's required by law or not). Using and quoting fair tradings website is a must, as it's the only way to make progress. Quickest response I had was threatening to withhold the bond via the tribunal due to them failing to provide documentation required by law. Overall very poor experience.
Amazing Staff
I've had the pleasure of working with the Raine and Horne team in St Marys over the past 5 years.
The team looking after my property are Lorna and Christine. Both Lorna and Christine have intimate knowledge of the rental property market. Every conversation I have with them is very professional and they do an amazing job in managing my property.
I never feel I am just another number, having a conversation with them. All the issues are addressed very promptly and they are a pleasure to deal with.
Great team and I rest assured that my property is in very capable hands.

ZERO STARS. The most incompetent real-estate one could ever have the misfortune of dealing with. Helen is extraordinarily arrogant and condescending. Bruce is as useless and becomes agressive if you try to hold him to account. They never respond to emails, as is becoming obviously apparent from reading other reviews, this is so it doesn't leave a paper trail, however they also have the audacity to add $2.00 per email to strata charges, when email is free channel of correspondence and reading/responding to an email is part of their job and should be built into their salary. Pathetic real-estate on every level. Avoid at all costs or suffer at your own peril.
I have been a tenant. I regret the stay at property leased by R&H in Schoffel, Riverstone! After we move out of the property, they are trying to hold back the bond for unreasonable items, such as dust on top of the frame of window and shower glass has chemical marking and told us we not allowed to use chemical to clean. They are so unprofessional and never get back to emails no customer service, extremely rude. I have been dealing with Christine B and she is extremely rude and never returns email, you always have to chase them up. Be careful of these agents!
As a owner of a unit under strata managed by Raine and Horne St Marys, I am extremely disappointed by their service. Items need to be at the point of being badly damaged/broken before they will fix it. The strata manager is very rude and needs to learn customer service. They do not respond to emails only phone calls so there is no paper trail. They seem to think it is their money being spent. Stay clear from this company.
Worst real estate ever if you ever rent through them be very very careful, we stayed in a cockroach infested unit, couldn't flush the toilet at times with no lid on the toilet either, tap for the bath wouldn't work, kitchen taps wouldn't work, wood rotting away under the kitchen sink and throughout the kitchen. VERY VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
