Raine & Horne St Marys

Christine Bucholtz needs to be questioned by her superiors as to why she speaks to tenants the way she does after catching her in her lies. She does not take accountability for the lack of follow ups and things that need to be in writing for us tenants to be aware of. I have never in my life dealt with an unprofessional property manager with lack of compassion and understanding. Every bad review here mentioning her name is very bad for Raine and Horne, and I'm surprised she is still employed. You cannot blackmail us to terminate our lease agreement over a notice you failed to send to us. No letter, no emails or calls to notify us of our 6 months renewal that we were not aware of. We are now up for another renewal however she said she will let us know if we even get another renewal because we cant keep up with our communications. This is absurd. You need to get some professional help and not reflect your bad work ethics on customers you deal with.

Kathryn Dziubinski looked after a situation I had at an investment property RH manage for me. Very efficient, does what she says she will do and follows up everything straight away. 10/10 brilliant everything you expect from Real Estate Agent and more.

I recently moved out of home for the first time and finally had a bit of privacy. Today, I was making a Ravioli Bolognese and as I was pouring in a dash of shiraz, one of the real estate agents barged through the screen door! She took one look at me and kept walking into my lounge room. I was absolutely gob-smacked. I was naked too! She didn't seem to notice. I followed her sheepishly and mustered "why are you here? ". She said it was her right to be there. "She had to conduct a routine inspection" I was baffled. I then started swinging my willy around like a helicopter and guess what! Yep - still ignored me. The insolence. Absolutely ridiculous! While helicoptering my Ravioli ended up burning on the stove. At least later, when Raphael from Uber eats arrived with my Pad see ew and samosas, he actually knocked.

Nothing but praise for this lovely real estate. Everyone was so polite and the atmosphere was great. Thanks Kathryn and Owen!

One of the worst experiences I have had. Spoke to a very rude lady regarding property issues. Nothing was done regarding matter. Head manager sent an email for my contact details and no call ever received. Matter took 8 months to be sorted and another party outside sorted the matter. Raine and Horne St Mary’s your Strata Management team are the worst ever.

LORNA AND CHRISTINE! Bloody wake up to yourselves. Give me my bond. That’s my hard earned money that I sacrifice my life to get

When I first moved into one of the rental properties at raine and horne, I spoke to a rude staff member that left me speechless at the time and I wanted to leave a bad review, just like some of the other clients that had spoken to this person, however I didnt. I'm glad I didn't as a few months later when I spoke to this person regarding an issue, this person's attitude was very kind and helpful (maybe someone from the office read the bad reviews and spoke to the person regarding their behaviour towards the customers?)

Anyway, I've had a few minor issues and/or documentation requirements and each time I have called to request maintenance etc I have had an immediate response (within 24-48hrs).

Im very happy with my experience dealing with Raine and Horne.

Christine and Lorna are the worst agents to go through. Making everything sound good and nothing comes through. Getting ripped off. On the day of the settlement I was signing the contract the price was $80 more than the advertised price. Then I was told it’s too late because I signed already.

Keep away from this company, if you want to pay $10,000 doesn’t care where do they spend your money go for it, if you have plety time to mark around with them, go for it, they won’t reply you until you chase and chase. I saw someone was claimed $500 did not repair the roof leak, we have a property spend $5000+, nothing improve. When you were about the terminate the contract, they said you can’t. What a joke. Worst worst service ever.

Where should i begin!

I had many issues with the unit i was living in. I made many complaints to Lorna and Christine regarding to noise or when the unit was flooded and etc. But i never got any results.

Raine&horne st marys and the agents Lorna & Christine by far are the worst real estate and real estate agents i came across with.

I paid $4000 out of my own pocket to paint the whole house and fixed everything before i move in but in return i didn't even get a smiple complaint resolved.

After seeing the reviews and ratings it all make sense to me now.

Christine and Lona are the worst Agents I have ever came across! We had many issues at our rental property, we reported them so many times and no action or response was taken! They are very rude people and don’t deserve a cent they earn by ripping off hard working people! I’m sure many people agree with what I say!

I have my investment property with R&H St Mary’s and have found their service and knowledge to be exceptional

Shower leaking down to my townhouse ceiling not fix since April 2022! For 5 months now! And counting. Assessment has been done but strata management does not want to use my strata funds because its under warranty from the builder. So we have been chasing the builder Rise project for months now. No result. Poor poor management. Imagine if i had only one shower in my towhouse and it leaks.

We bought a place from Jack & Terry, absolute legends to deal with! Terry dealt with us mainly and he was so lovely and helpful throughout the entire process, if I had any questions he would always find an answer. Couldn’t compliment them higher. When we look to sell, we will absolutely sell with them.

You have to call them Million times without any benefits.

They have the rudest staff I've ever dealt with at any real estate agency. They will actually cut you off mid-word to argue with you about basic facts. I would avoid these people unless you really have no choice but to deal with them. Literally just had them tell me they couldn't do something simple they've already done for me multiple times in the past, and then hang up on me.

Fantastic service and constant communication
Jack was a true professional from my first interaction on the phone. You could tell he loved what he was doing from his enthusiasm and willingness to sell our property. Jack was realistic with the current market and didn't oversell or overpromise. I could tell straight away our property was in good hands due to his honesty and genuinely friendly approach. Jack kept me informed in every detail and I never felt like I had to follow him up. He went above and beyond to find an old council approved document that helped with our sale- and in the end he found a genuine buyer and negotiated a great price for us. Jack is a true professional and a credit to the industry- thanks Jack for all your efforts in selling our investment property.

Outside plumbing issue, can't enter my front door as pathway is under water, has been since I moved in 5/6 weeks ago.part of the front lawn muddy, has an underground issue, possibly a broken pipe line. I've asked the property management at Raine & Horne St Marys to fix the problem, get the same answer. 'we are waiting on quotes'. Next step is to report the issue to my member of parliament.

Lovely staff. Lorna and Christina have always been great to communicate with. We rented a property and from the beginning they were very accomodating. At the end of the lease they got quotes for some minor things to be finalised to ensure I was happy with the price. Never had any issues with the team, always a pleasure to deal with. Thank you
