I had an appointment arranged with Eduardo, and he didn’t turn up or notify me that the property was already leased, complete waste of time

Raine and Horne were nice and helpful, and repairs were organised quickly. However we've had delays getting our bond money back, as Carol was trying to get us to do extra professional cleaning on the apartment that, as far as I can tell, isn't legally required.

Eduardo has been an amazing leasing agent. We recently listed our property through him and have had a wonderful experience. He’s professional, kind and an excellent communicator. I highly recommend his service.

The attitude of Raine and Horne City Living is really not in line with the Jackson's Landing community values. They will not accept any applications from renters who own pets even though Jackson's Landing is renowned for being a pet friendly community and the lendlease apartment developments are all pet friendly. It's so disappointing to encounter a real estate agent so out of touch and such a mystery as to why a real estate agent that is not in tune with the community values is handling the rentals for this area. Please don't punish responsible pyrmont loving pet owners by using this real estate agent for your rentals.

Worst experience I ever had with contacting. They had a problem with getting my information when I applied for an apartment there thanks to their new system, and instead of trying to help, the agent start avoiding my calls. Total lack of profissionalism
