I highly recommend Carol, Elena and the team at Raine & Horne Pyrmont. They have looked after my property beautifully for many years, and have always been responsive, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They treat tenants and landlords with respect and provide an exception level of service.

We stayed at an apartment leased out by R&H for 2 years and our property manager was Erin Hobbs during that time. Have to say that was a very smooth experience with Erin, as she was very supportive to help us carry out any repairs either through a tradesman or through the Strata of the building and also very responsive to our queries during our time there.

Overall, we loved our time at the apartment and Erin & R&H definitely helped to add to that experience.

Panos is a very nice agent in Racine & Horne Citing living. Especially he has a good heart, who caring clients’ needs and responding shortly. I remember one night I messaged him at 2 am, and in the morning he didn’t complain and quickly solved my issue. Also, He always kept his promises, which was very reliable. I love my Real Estate Agent - YES you heard that right. I have been with Raine & Horne Pyrmont for 4 years and I actually have bought them chocolates / wine to say thank you for being awesome. All agents should act the same, be professional at all times, be on time with inspections, fix any problems the properties have, address any complaint that is within their duty to do so. They do all of this, I have never had to wait or repeatedly send emails asking for a repair to be fixed. I'm house proud and I do look after my home as if it was my own so to have my estate agent treat me with respect just motivates me even more to be the best tenant and custodian of something else's property. Such a great example, all of the staff, Elena and Carol come to mind but its the whole team that deserve the praise too. And no, they have not reduced my rent for saying nice things! So this is just a genuine review

My wife and i recently secured a property through Raine and Horne City Living. I was originally shown the property by James Astor. He was extremely open and honest and made the entire process seamless. James went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after, from initial inspection all the way through to approval. I could not recommend him and his business highly enough. Outstanding from start to finish.

We had good experience with Raine & Horne being our agent. We went through several of their agents during our tenancy but all were nice and prompt with our inquiries. Never had any major problems with them, it was mostly due to the property showing its age or with the building manager/strata.

Tracy and her rental team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great communication the entire term of the lease, very professional, making every step of the way clear and easy with no grey areas. We are sad to be losing them as our agent.
