Having͏ spent a lifetime dealing in real estate in a multitude of levels, I have to say that Matthew is the most efficient and professional sales agent that I have dealt with. From our first approach up to the final sale Matthew provided us with accurate up to date market assessments which were always accurate and in the end proved to be spot on.
The property required quite a lot of work in order to prepare it for sale, and Matthew introduced all of the contractors necessary to carry out the work, even supervising them on our behalf when we were absent. The property was leased for a time prior to sale and Matthew carried out the negotiations with the tenant to obtain VP in a highly professional manner. Finally when the decision to sell was made, he prepared the unit for sale arranging display furniture of the best quality to present the unit to its greatest advantage. The marketing period was carried out efficiently with regular reporting and updates. The result was that the unit sold under the hammer, in what had become a declining market, for an exceptional price at the upper limit of his guideline pricing. We are very grateful to Matthew for the great job that he and his team did and have no hesitation in recommending him to carry out the sale of your property.

I was looking for a unti to rent. Applied for the unit, registered for inspection, Called the agent, called the office, texted the agent, and e-mailed several times. The agent was Robert Lee, and I got no repsonse from him apart from 1 e-mail at the very begining which he said "please let me know if you want to know more" beofre ghosting for almost 2 weeks. Quite irresponsible, and unprofessional

Response: I was not told it was only 3 months lease, I do not even have a pet. I have never said it did not meet my requirements. I may have not fit the landlords but You managed to reply random review in 1 day, while couldnt bothered to say the same thing when called twice, sent e-mails and texts. It shows how professional the office is by replying only when it is a review on public platfrom.

Throughout our 13-month tenancy, we had a positive experience with Raine & Horne, our managing agents at Pyrmont. They were always responsive, professional, and showed a care for us as tenants by attending to our every need and request, and by making communication with them easy. I highly recommend them.

We decided to tenant our newly purchased 2 bed 2 br 1 car space apartment for around 2 years before downsizing and moving in ourselves. Given that there were 45 - 50 comparable apartments being advertised for lease in Pyrmont, it was essential to set a sensible market rental in order to secure a tenant within a reasonable period of time. Within about half an hour of my contacting her, Erin had emailed us an analysis of the previous 12 months leasings of comparable apartments in the same complex as a guide. Subsequently Erin and James advertised, held inspections, found and vetted a promising tenant and secured a deposit, all within a week. If everything goes as well in future as it has so far, we will be ecstatic.

John was very open through the whole purchasing process, and delivered what he promised. I would have no hesitation using him as an agent.
