The only issue I had was that I was not made aware that all documentation was to be online, including the signing of the lease. It may well be that I had misunderstood emails sent to me, but that was an issue because I don't get emails on my mobile and I had to go back home and get my computer to be able to complete the leasing details. Otherwise happy so far with the service and the property.

Britta Jordan has been managing my property for a number of years and she is simply amazing. I am so thankful to have Britta as my property manager as she is the ultimate professional. She is highly organised, efficient, hard working and a dedicated professional who provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend Britta to anyone who is looking for the very best property manager. I look forward to a long and continued working relationship with Britta and Prudential Real Estate.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Lisa at Prudential. The thing that stood out to me most, was how she really wanted to get the best outcome and was always happy to go the extra mile. The process was simple and efficient and I really appreciated the high level of communication throughout. I would strongly recommend Lisa and Prudential to others.

I would give them 1 star but i had to click on one. Really bad service, never answer the phone, Jasmine looked after my property, i found her to be rude when i was asking simple questions about my statement when she paid a large invoice to a tradesman without my permission and did not notify me of the repair in the first place. I have taken my property to another agent, Now when i call my new agent, someone answers the phone and i know whats going on, amazing.

Kylie was amazing, so professional and so easy to liaise with. We cannot recommend this team enough! We have used Prudential 3 separate times now and have been so impressed with their efficiency.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, They almost never return phone calls, call reception, phone rings out.reply to emails can be a week apart. Just frustrating to deal with, and extremely rude when you try and raise any of these issues with them. There are plenty of real estates to choose from on the same street, do your self a favor and avoid this one.

The team at Prudential have been great. I have dealt with Nick from sales when selling my home and achieved a great result. Have also dealt with Lisa from leasing, she has been very responsive and easy to deal with. Prudential also achieved a great weekly return for my investment property.

I recently put a property up for sale with Prudential and they were brilliant. They always kept me informed at every step and Liss the rental agent was great. Highly recommend.

BAD EXPERIENCE FROM DAY ONE. I contacted several real estate's within Campbelltown about my investment property, one being Prudential Real Estate. After calling the reception desk a number of times until someone answered and put me through to a Kylie in new business. Kylie I found to be extremely rude and unprofessional in her approach. Nothing was explained well and it sounded like she had better things to be doing then talking to me about my property. She would not explain the fee's to me over the phone nor would she email me any information about this. All other real estates were the exact opposite and I am glad that I did not sign anything with Prudential.

I bought a apartment at Campbelltown and choose Prudential as my real estate agent. They work hard to find my tenent withing 3 weeks time. Keep me. Informed. Time. To time. Specially Kyle is very helpful and proa tive. Wish you good luck!

The team at Prudential acted very professionally and provided an outstanding effort in finding and securing a suitable tenant for my property.

After moving to one of the properties in Ambarvale very disappointed with the real estate. Now that they got my business they are showing their true colours. Never again I would rent or buy a property from Prudential. I would not recommend this real estate to anyone.

I found Taylor from Prudential to be very friendly, helpful, polite and showed a genuine interest in answering any questions put to her.
Her customer care skills are excellent.
