Rented a house at 221b gould rd. When it was time to vacate i paid $1500 to have the place cleaned and they did a brilliant job (VK cleaning) inside and out top to bottom.
Aurthur Mucha took photos PRIOR to the clean and submitted photos in final inspection report. I lost bond and the $2000 I paid for the air-conditioning I installed. The owners of house are just as dishonest. The Sillatos.

I have been with Prudential Real Estate and had Kylie as my property manager for the past year. Kylie and the team have been great communicators between the tenant and I. They’re very prompt in addressing any issues and are always willing to find solutions that both the tenant and I can be happy with. I 100% recommend Kylie and the team at Prudential for anyone willing to rent out their homes. They were great in advertising the house and made sure the house was being rented out to reliable and great tenants.

My family and I have rented with Prudential for the past 3.5yrs and the staff have always been pleasant and helpful. When we first moved into our rental home there was a welcome pack with a mug and some other condiments on our kitchen bench. That was such a lovely gesture! Other real estates could really learn from Prudential regarding how well they treat their tentants.

Prudential have been amazing for me. The staff are always very responsive and provide excellent service. I have used other real estate agents in the past and they do not compare to Prudential. I would highly recommend them.

Worst real estate out. I will never rent through them again. I would don't even wish my worst enemy to be dealing with this real estate. So unreliable can never answer their phones or never get back to you on time.

I had a leak from my hot water system. Contacted my property manager, Taylor Dowling, in the morning, prompt reply. The plumber was in contact within an hour, and by the time I got home, the water heater had been replaced.
Taylor and Prudential have to be commended for such prompt professional service.
Highly recommend Prudential Campbelltown have never had an issue, and they are always friendly and willing to help.

I have baddest experience with this agent in whole my life her in Australia. I have been tenant for 10 years in VIC and NSW. This agent is the worst agent, actually no one bad except this agent. I don't recommend.

You do know people struggled during covid wait u don't give people a chance I changed my review because you where nice enough to tell me why could of done it over the phone

I had a bad experience dealing with this real estate. Came home one day a week prior to vacating the property to find the screen door and door double locked. My partner and I did not lock them so someone had entered the property without our knowledge. I rang them to tell them of my current situation and they were unfriendly and unhelpful. Their response was “doesn’t your partner have the keys? ” Or “why don’t you call the locksmith? ” They had zero accountability and tried to push the issue away.

At the end it was resolved begrudgingly by them with me having to drive to them to pick up the keys and return it to them.

Alex Jahshan, from Prudential Real Estate Campbelltown, recently sold our 3 bedroom home - his professionalism, dedication, and polite communication made what would normally be a stressful experience a positive one. Having dealt with a number of real estate sales and property management staff over the years in Sydney and in Perth, I can say with confidence that Alex has been the most professional and pleasant to deal with.

He responded promptly to text message queries and called back within the day. He spent quite a bit of time advising us on how to get our property ready for sale. I believe that our home, which was built in the 90s, would not have sold so quickly (we received an offer even before the first open home inspection), had it not been for Alex's help in getting the place ready for sale and improving the overall condition of the home from good to excellent for its age.

He went above and beyond my expectations of a real estate salesperson. The next time I have any business with Alex, I hope that Prudential would have promoted him by then - he most certainly deserves it!

I engaged Prudential RE to assist with renting out my property. Kylie Sienkiewicz and her team has been fantastic to work with. Extremely professional, fast in turning around the advertisement, and constant updates via email and phone regarding open for inspections and updates on applications. I would highly recommend Prudential and Kylie to anyone seeking a high quality property management team to look after their investment.

An update to my previous review. Prudential has now been the manager of my property for a number of years, and Britta who has worked with me has been really lovely and extremely professional. My tenant had recently left and Britta and Ashleigh again helped me to find a new tenant, and it was a great experience. Thank you for all the hard work, and so glad I have the team at Prudential looking after my property.
