I have been dealing with Nick from Prudential Narellan nearly 6 years he sold me a great property. Recently i decided to rent my property so Nick booked an appointment with Kylie from Pruntential Campbelltown (the rental property specialist).
After meeting with Kylie and Jasmine immediately i knew that I'm dealing with professional and incredibly helpful and thoughtful.
It was a really quick and easy process. Always recommend to my friends and theirs family.

My Girlfriends Dad owns a real estate in Park Central, Campbelltown and he would never treat his clients the way that Prudential does. Jasmine is horrible! I rented and vacated a property and she claimed my entire bond. Little did she realise my father in law recently sold the landlord's home in Campbelltown and was informed that he was happy for us and how we left the property he even showed us emails that he sent Jasmine requesting that she give us back the bond which she never did. Now we are fighting the matter at Tribunal! DO NOT RENT HERE AND IF YOU NEED A RECOMMENDATION FOR SOMEONE TO SELL YOUR HOME LET ME KNOW AND I CAN HOOK YOU UP WITH MY FATHER IN LAW AS THIS AGENCY IS RUBBISH!

This agency takes no ownership for the mistakes that they make. A very dishonest bunch! They have such poor people skills and such a lack of respect. You do not want to deal with these people. The staff are a reflection of the manager who is so nasty to deal with. You can see by a lot of the responses to the reviews, that this agency will do ANYTHING to not take ownership. My god! Show some integrity will you.

Such a great experience dealing with Alex from Prudential. The outstanding level of customer service and attention to detail Lucia executes, from the smaller of items to the large scale is above and beyond expectation. Everything we have asked for has been done quickly. Lucia is thorough, highly responsive, and is always a pleasure to communicate with.

Lucia ensures that ownership statements and monies are always on time, property reports and maintenance are handled efficiently and communications from her are prompt and precise. This is important for us as we are on international travel constantly (except for last 2 years) and emails are our most reliable mode of communication. All I can say is that you need to avoid this business. Wish I could give zero stars but that's not an option lol, so one star is going to have to do. Such a lack of professionalism and people skills.
