Prudential is the way to go. This is going to sound so silly but if you need some to (at the very least) return your call then you are in the right spot. I have been looking for a place to rent for months and filled in a million applications even before viewing a property. If you need a reply to an email or call? CALL PRUDENTIAL REAL ESTATE CAMPBELLTOWN. PLEASE. START WITH THEM. The staff are super professional as well as super responsive.and I know I shouldn't be surprised because we as 'The Customers' would just think that an agency certain things should come naturally but that is SO NOT the case.

I know we all are subjected to Covid 19 and i understand that we are all operating in a different way but i'm sorry. If you can't answer your phone, call back, reply to an email, follow up or even CARE then your in the wrong job.

You will not experience this with Prudential.

Great service. Even though everything was online due to covid, it was made very easy and if you were stuck theres always someone to talk to on the phone.

Disappointing. Waited for over a week to view a Property upon it being listed for lease. The day before the inspection, we are notified it is under offer for a tenant? Wasted a week waiting.

Kind of unorganised and bad at responding to questions and informing of any details or issues with properties.

I have dealt with Prudential Real Estate Campbelltown for the last 4 years as a tenant. I’m leaving a 5 star review for Jazmine and Taylor, my property managers, as they deserve recognition for the above-and-beyond service that they always provided to my family. Jazmine in particular always met my phone calls and emails with patience and understanding, and her professionalism never faltered, though she added a down-to-earth element and human understanding to every interaction. She is friendly and kind, and is always working hard in the background to get your problem solved and to be an excellent and fair liaison with the property owners, even using multilingual skills to make the back-and-forth easier. Taylor was always fantastic at returning calls and emails and communicating with my family, and always met us with a smile.
Prudential always gave us plenty of information and contacts to help make our tenancy a smooth one, and their offices are stunning. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in, and the receptionists were always extremely professional, fast, and helpful.
Whilst there were sometimes delays with work that needed to be done around the property, I understand that this was due to the owners personal on-going’s, and not due to the real-estate agents abilities or commitment.
I am so grateful to have had the awesome team of Jazmine and Taylor, and all of prudential on my side during my tenancy. If you happen to have them as your property managers in the future, count yourself lucky, because you will have gotten two diamonds.

I had a very positive experience in my 6 years renting with Prudential, I would recommend them. Very nice and friendly staff and very professional.

Was looking for a new rental property, made an inquiry on Monday, contacted back that same day by Tyler Hardy who went out of her way to show me the property, very next day received paper work from Michael, Jessica and Kasandra, Jazmine and Taylor. Everything signed and sorted within 3 days. Can not recommend enough how easy this process has been. Well done to the entire team at Campbelltown.

This agency treats Renters like second class citizens and with little or no respect at all.
The Property Manager Lucia McGlone that I had dealings with talked down to me and treated me with utter contempt.
She failed to show up to my final exit inspection twice and then i was charged $370 for a cleaning bill for the most minor things.
On two occasions rent was taken out of my bank account in error and i had to wait weeks for it to be refunded to me.
Don't even bother asking this agency to get the most basic repairs fixed to a property as they never respond.
RENTERS BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY

My house was rented by this agency, and the 'manager' Ash was managing my property.
Rent was not paid for more than 2 months, I had to ring Ash, to ask what has happened, was told he was 'trying to get his hand around it', for 8 weeks?
I said that all they have to do is call or email, as common courtesy, and I have still not received a callback.
If this is how they treat a customer of 4 years, then why would anybody bother to sell a house or have them manage your property?
Then of course, another thing to consider is, why such a high staff turnover?

Worst real estate I have ever dealt with. Rude for starters, have no manners and never get back to you, I’ve rang about afew problems and they said they were too busy to speak In a rude manner. Doesn’t cost much to be polite
