Dean Sperotto.
We came across Dean & his colleagues in many open homes. We chatted to Dean and were extremely impressed with his professional attitude, and the way he spoke to buyers. We chose Dean to sell our property. Dean's skills and expertise in the field is outstanding. We felt comfortable with his suggestions and decisions. I am so glad I chose Jack Huggett as my Realestate agent to sell our family home. Right from our meeting to the Auction day he made the process an easy and enjoyable experience I will never forget. Dean is a fantastic real estate agent. I have worked with him for a few years with both selling and managing. He is dedicated and responsive. He knows the market well and can always offer you the best service.

I don’t normally write reviews for businesses but I felt this needed to be mentioned.

PRD OATLEY is by far the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. They have the worse customer service! My partner and I have NEVER been treated so badly by a company before.

BLAIKE MARSH the realestate agent especially was the Worse realestate agent we have NEVER dealt with. She is the biggest LIAR! She has NO customer service, can’t communicate with people without raising her voice and speaking rudely and then when she got frustrated would just hang up on you. I don’t know how they train there employees there but there was no professionalism used when dealing with us.

Be careful when renting with this company!
There are so many negative things that have happened with renting with them for 2 years. Different locations and still properties but treated so poorly. I’ve explain my experiences with them and hopefully this company changes their ways because the way things went down was absolutely appalling and I’m actually disgusted and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Firstly the lying, this was actually quite disgusting! This was constant from the day we moved in. We were told our deposit wasn’t sent even though we have confirmation from banks and screenshots of it being sent to the correct account. We were then told if we didn’t send it by that day we would lose the property even though we had hard proof we had sent it. We found out they did receive the deposit but thought it was another property even though we wrote the street address in the description. They completely lied and made out like we were lying.

We were told the property was cleaned and tidy prior to moving in (it was filthy rubbish under the house the floors and walls had marks the lawns were over grown. The bathroom leaked and wasn’t done properly) when advised the realestate they didn’t want to know about it) got brushed off pretty much.

It took 2 months to get a tradesman to come in to fix the bathroom.

The roof leaked constantly and still did after 9months of renting nothing done about it.

On leaving this property due to the REALESTATE! As soon as we said we were leaving they got worse with the treatment. We had meetings and discussions about any damages and was upfront about it. Then after inspecting the property, was then told we never had these conversations even though they physically came to property to go through the damages. We were told we were liars!

After constant emails and phone calls were weren’t getting any resolution so we had to organise meetings with her manager as she couldn’t resolve anything on her own. Manager conveniently wasn’t available when these meetings occurred.

When leaving the property we were sent a email from Blaike giving us 2 days before the Easter public holidays to have all these things done including mowing lawns and cleaning the house from top to bottom. Spraying the whole house for pests. Painting and adding new doors. None of this was mentioned on inspection 3 weeks prior and only advised 2 days before we handed in our keys.

After we left the property we were constantly emailed saying that all this was coming out of our bond but no prices or amounts on what things cost to get fixed we’re in the email. They then said that’s what’s coming out of the bond and no you can’t go back to fix anything.

Blaike said on numerous occasions the damages were fixed and that was going to be a cost to us, later found out that they never got the things fixed and just patched. When we questioned it we were ignored and she refused to talk to us about any of it. It took another meeting just to finalise the bond.

I see a lot of reviews about how good they are but we had nothing but TROUBLE I just hope no one else hasn’t this experience

Thank you to the rentals team at PRD Oatley who have delivered fantastic service and assistance. In particular, Blaike and Georgia have been very helpful and professional when showing me numerous properties to rent that tick all my boxes. Would highly recommend!
