I have never been ignored as much as the agency has ignored, I have had to foot the bill of a $2200 fence because the property manager did nothing to assist me having the other property owner contribute the 50% after send many emails even to the Licencee to date after 3 motnhs they ignored me. I would not recommend anyone use their services.

We were greatly impressed with, and appreciative of the professionalism and enthusiasm shown by Jack Huggett in selling our mother's home. Firstly, his advice on the best way to present the house for sale was extremely beneficial and accurate. Regular updates via phone, email and in person gave us confidence we would reach our expected price. Achieving premium price on auction day is a credit to, and deserving of, the hard work that was shown throughout the campaign by Jack and his team.

Selling during the COVID 19 pandemic with its ban on open-houses and on-site auctions was looking to be a challenge. However, from the first meeting prior to entering into an agency agreement James gave me confidence in his ability as a real estate agent. He quickly demonstrated his knowledge of the Oatley property market, provided property comparisons from recent sales and gave a frank assessment of the uncertainty of the current market conditions. He recommended a particular sale process and was able to clearly explain his reasoning for that specific approach for my property. Once engaged as my agent, James, using his wide range of contacts from previous sales campaigns, was able to ensure there was a steady flow of inspections of the property despite the COVID 19 restriction on open houses. Throughout the sales campaign James kept me fully informed of the 'state of play' and consulted regularly on requests for contract variations by prospective buyers. Several days prior to the auction James arranged a meeting where the on-line auction process was fully explained. We had discussions around the various scenarios that may arise on the day, what our approach might be in each situation and, importantly, James sought my thoughts on each proposed course of action. While James was never over-optimistic on an expected sale price he always exuded an air of confidence in being able to achieve a sale at an acceptable price. James' hard work in targeting the right prospective buyers paid off on auction day when 11 registered bidders fought for the property, pushing the price well beyond the reserve and everyone's expectations. Throughout the sales process James demonstrated to me he was the ultimate real estate professional. I have no hesitation in recommending James Walters services to prospective property vendors, and especially so if the property for sale is located in Oatley.

When initially seeking a local Agent to handle the sale of our property we intended to interview 2 or 3 candidates prior to making a decision. After sitting down with Jack to discuss our options that all went out the window. His easy going manner, backed up with an obvious knowledge and passion for his job made our choice easy. I can not rave about PRD Oatley enough. Every member of the team are extremely pleasant to deal with. As a first time tenant, I didn't know what to expect. Sally and Hayley were amazing. They never took more than a few hours to respond to emails, answered any question we had and coordinated maintenance and tradesman so fast with no issues. We also appreciated how PRD dealt with us when the property was being sold. Dean came to visit us at our home at a time convinent to us, out of business hours. We were so impressed by how incredibly genuine and caring Dean was and the time he put into making us feel comfortable about the situation. We now have new property managers, which only highlights how incredible PRD actually are.

The house was sold to me 7 months previously by another local agent for $855,000. Following a boundary adjustment that reduced the land area by 50m2 Dean sold the property for $46,000 more than what I paid. That was incredible.
