I have been renting through PRD Oatley for the last 12 months and Steve Ryan has been an incredible property manager. Whenever I’ve had issues he always responds quickly and efficiently and takes the time to follow up with me to ensure I’m happy. He’s also just a genuinely nice and personable individual and every interaction is pleasant. Steve goes above and beyond what you’d typically expect of someone in his position and I count myself lucky to have him as a property manager.

As well as Steve, everyone at PRD Oatley is extremely lovely. Briefly while Steve was on leave last year, I had an issue and he passed this to Hayley Green and she resolved the problem on the same day.

Overall, I hope to continue to rent with PRD Oatley long term thanks to the excellent service provided and hope that this review encourages others to consider PRD Oatley.

Rarely give bad review, but was nightmare with them on a co agency auction, agent never know my name even I bought the property, asked for pre settlement inspection but was never happened, when house was settled, they never said thank you or congratulation there was no key handover process at all ("go pick up at reception")
