They were proactive with all the routine matters, such as house inspections, communicating receipt of rent and expenses paid and alerting us when the lease was coming to an end and the steps we needed to take. Worst real estate property management experience. Michelle Pacitti the "Property Manager" treats her customers terribly and has no care or concern for you or your asset. She has little knowledge on anything to do with "managing a property" Owners don't risk your property with this ignorant, incompetent woman. Ironically the owners of PRD Oatley have no issue with the mounting bad review and unhappy customers either. So clearly the issues here are systemic.

We met Ian when we were purchasing our new house and we were so impressed by his professionalism that we decided to get his help selling our property. Ian has done a great job on both counts. Highly recommended!

Success with Dean- twice!
Dean has now sold two properties for me, both prior to auction with prices above my expectations, the most recent in early December 2021. Dean's thorough research into the local market provided me with reassurance that I can rely on his advice, but he was always open to my questioning and patiently answered my queries. At all times I felt I was in control, having the final say on marketing strategy, including styling, but with a trusted adviser and skillful negotiator by my side. Dean understands the buyers and focuses on what can realistically be achieved.

James Walters is a terrific estate agent because he can draw upon his lengthy experience and deep expertise in the area. Not only does he really know the property market and have a successful marketing strategy, but he also has compiled a set of very qualified tradespeople who can help get a house into tip-top condition. One of his assistants, Stacey, also really helped with overseeing renovations and the final touches, like styling the house. I would highly recommend working with both of them!

James Walter's understanding of the local property market together with a really well run sales campaign was instrumental in obtaining a sales price way beyond what I expected. His team worked well together facilitating a large amount of inspections which ultimately led to a high number of bidders. James is a good communicator and kept me informed of progress at all times. We had a very bad experience with Michelle Pacitti and her team. We had investment property managed by her. When tenant moved out, she kept 3 set of keys. I asked for one set as we need access for renovation. She did not want to give it to me and asked me to pay $200 deposit to have 1 set of key, even I am the owner of property. Do not recommend this company manage your property, very bad service and Very rude. Not recommend Michelle Pacitti to manage your property, very lazy and rude.

Above and beyond expectations

We had the pleasure of working with Dean to sell our home and the experience was above and beyond our expectations. Dean is very easy to work with, we got along really well and consider him a friend. He ensured we have a full understanding of the process end to end. No challenge was too hard for Dean, he made everything work to maximise our sale potential. Dean understood our vision for the home and brought his expertise and know-how to help us navigate the works we undertook, create the right strategy to sell our home and give us confidence during what can be a stressful time.
