Officeworks Wetherill Park

I purchased a gaming table and chair for my son I spent over $600 and was told to pick up from loading dock. I waited 45min before they answered as I rams the green button that was surrounded by rubbish that I couldn’t even reach and is a OHS issue bad I took photos and the green button is surrounded by rubbish that my son and I had to climb through to press the
button.disgusting service. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICEWORKS.

Rude staff, they don't want to talk to you, they don't smile, they just look like they're hating life.

I put an order through online for click and collect at Wetherill Park.

It said my order will be available to pick up on the 24/02. I didn't receive any call or email to say it had arrived at the store. There were issues with the tracking service on the website. I also called this store and several stores in the surrounding area and my call was never answered. I called the call center and they did confirm with me they have recently switched over to a new telephony system which is having issues. So seems likely to be true, given all 3 stores did not answer. I also called at different day and times.

I attended in the afternoon. I approached the main staff member at the counter who was very young and seemed new but was still friendly and proactive in assisting me. Whilst she was checking to see if my order was at the back, other senior staff members approached who were making sure everything was fine and checking to see if the younger staff member needed any assistance. The same staff members also asked if I needed a trolley for my item. Another staff member carried my chair from the back to the front desk (HEAVY ITEM). Everything was good to go and I was on my way. The whole interaction took less then 10 minutes.

I was abit surprised given the previous reviews where negative on staff customer service. From what I experienced, staff where working collaboratively together and where quick to assist me so that they could go and assist other customers.

It was a positive experience and would like to commend the 3 staff members who assisted me. Im not sure of their name but I attended the store after 6: 00 pm. Keep up the great work guys. I believe the store deserves a higher rating then 2.9 out of 5.

Rude customer service here. "Whats up" is the response I get after waiting at ink section for help. I'll shop elsewhere thanks.

The worse customer service ever. Took them forever to approach. A dude saw me standing and just walk past me as if i dont even exist!

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. I’ve never been into Officeworks which is a pretty massive store and never not had at least 2 staff offer help - pretty rare nowadays when customer service in the retail sector is generally poor.

Customer service here is horrendous. Staff are rude and act like everything is a bother and like they dont want to be there. Ive given it the benefit of the doubt a few times thinking maybe they've had a bad day, but its definitely more than that. Would much prefer to go to big w or kmart instead where the staff actually help and engage with you.

The worst customer service at the print and copy. You will be waiting for hours and they won't even look at you as they do other things. There's one old lady who is just plain rude!

The 1 grumpy older lady that is at the print & copy. She is so rude to the customers and the workers. U ruin any expectations of customer service will definitely not be going back

Waited in the printing line for 5 minutes didn’t even get acknowledged even though the lady was rite infront of me. Always such a poor service from the printing department.

Don't ever call or you'll be wasting your time, half the staff in the print/copy area are great the others are utterly useless and make problems for the good half to clear up.

Customer service was very good and made it easy. A lot of stock and what i was looking for was there.

1 checkout operator on at 2-3pm, have more than 5 stationary products, no sorry a paper bag is extra cost, only included if spend over $75. Staff don't know where products are and you find them 10 minutes later

Always a great experience. Wide range. Reasonable prices. Clean, tidy store. Efficient and friendly staff. Very convenient location.

Worst service, 10 workers walking around doing nothing, no one willing to come up to the printing kiosks to ask if anyone needs help. They should all get the sack, would rather now go to BIG W for printing.

Printing service not available at the Wetherill Park store, just for 6 pages of print out the employees turned me back at 8: 31pm because they stop printing at 8: 30pm. Spoke to the manager and he did not want a bar of it. Customer service is rated at zero asked him how come they were serving other people, he did not have an answer because they knew the people that was getting served. So I asked him I have to know someone to get printing done. No answer again. Really bad service. Will not be going back at all. And will not tell anyone to go back.
