Officeworks Wetherill Park

Had an issue with one of the officewoerks at casula where I was promised a call back and for somebody to look into a problem that was caused at that shop. But then I attended the officeworks here and spoke to ramy who then went above and beyond with a 2 day deadline to activate a sim and he called back less than 15 minutes to resolve the issue. Amazing thanks ramy ur a legend.

Store is ok, however Smrithi went above and beyond with her customer service skills. Good work

I almost never have a pleasant time in the printing section at Wetherill Park Officeworks however, after being served by Amira (who was the only person working hard and actually knowing the ins and outs of her job) I will definitely be returning. Amira greets everybody with a friendly smile and always assist with my prints to the best of her abilities and succeeds. My printings and laminating are always ready on time and never have any complications. She beats any staff/ employee by afar and definitely deserves recognition.

My partner and I came into office works to print off invitations for our event and were served by Loretta. She was the most helpful patient worker she paid particular attention to detail with the paper used and also cutting our invitations evenly thank you so much for your customer service and we appreciate it alot.

On Saturday 5th of August i came to do a printing job and there was barely any staff around 9 am. Luckily one of them were fastastic. Marina was at the front desk of printing and help me and other customers so much.
Like she was helpful and was doing the job of def a few ppl. She had a smile on her face and didnt look stress considering she was doing so much and had to do it quickly.

Def would be back because of her. I hope she is there anytime i need a job done.

The worst and rudest team in this store, they openly kick people out at 6pm on a Saturday, minutes before closing. I was in the process of finishing printing and they told me that I had to leave and come back early the next morning to print the rest.

I’ll make another exception to my usual restaurant/food/holiday destination only reviews. Came in today to take passport photos. Staff were super professional and extremely efficient, especially the younger worker with curly hair and glasses. Quite a large store with all your office essentials, office furniture etc. A lot of parking available on the premises.

Printing staff are so rude. They have only 2 self Printing Machine there are old they don't understand wetherill park area is busy area. How is this business still running in a busy area if they can't fix the issue. Other office work are good and I won't need help to use slef service printing

Very helpful staff. Especially when I don't know how to print stuff out from my phone. Great service

This rating is for Onel. A young man who juggles multiple customers as well as serving this 75 year old lady with my limited technical skills.
I wish Onel every success in the future. He has all the skills and caring for customer service.

WORST OFFICEWORKS STAFF IN THE WHOLE OF AUSTRALIA THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED BY HR HOW DISGUSTING THEIR STAFF ARE

I was served by Amira a few days ago. She was so helpful and took time to understand what i needed as i was deciding on two different products. This really made me experience here so simple due to the help I received from her.

Wanted to compliment the 2 young people - Onel and Marina, who were running the printing section. They were extremely helpful and efficient. Well done.

Useless. Can't find stock and can't work out when stock is coming. Poor customer service

If I could give zero stars I would. Bad customer service, condescending staff and poor efficiency to name a few ways to describe this store. Better to drive a bit longer and go to another store.

Went there to print documents, machine didn’t have any cards but nice staff member gave me a card and I recharged it. Unfortunately can’t print using your credit card or Apple Pay, gotto get the print card and recharge it there using their computer, it’s easy but a bit inconvenient. Also, was busy at times due to its location. One of the printers didn’t print properly so had to use another one. 3/5

Came here on Monday. None of the computers kiosks were recognising my USB. Tried the Photos at OW app, still doesn't detect the kiosk. Wasted almost an hour of my time here. Print&Copy staff very unhelpful. Went to K-Mart and printed my photos with the same USB with no problems. How is it that a department store like K-Mart is more capable than a tech organisation like Officeworks?

Male server at the print station rushed my passport photo, took it at an angle so it isnt useable and didnt show me till i paid for it. I also needed to print some stuff and the self serve wasnt working, he printed it in black and white instead of in colour as i needed it to be and would not allow me to pay with my print card

Visited today to print some photos was served by “SUE” the lady with black hair, she had an attitude and was super rude and no help at all, the way she was speaking and throwing things at the table with disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional.
I have visited this location multiple times in the past few years and today for the first time I felt disgusted by this place and the way sue spoke.

Do the staff at this place have a hearing disability? No one hears the calls coming through?
