Im very pleased that they are open very early in the morning. I was able to by some stationary before my Preliminary test.

Very impressed with the staffs here. Especially with Will, he had helped me transfer Apple Care for my Apple watch with such patience and polite manner. Highly recommended!

I just bought a laptop from them. Costumer service agent Nahrain was very helpful and nice. She made my day very easy going. Thank you Nahrain. God bless.

Staff in the printing area are absolutely rude. Been there a few times now and every time, just treated disgustlying. Should be shamed of yourselves, and should all fired.

Absolutely disgusting service. A white chubby guy that works there is incapable of taking simple instructions. I’ve been going to liverpool office works just to avoid such terrible service, even though it’s 3 mins from where I live.

Extremely unhelpfull staff with lack of knowledge. I went there to return a product bought 2 days ago.
First had to wait for five minutes for the customer service representative to call the RIGHT PERSON TO TALK TO. When he comes he says give me few seconds and goes. Then cones back after a while and says I have talked to
my Manager and they said there is nothing much we can do. You need to take it the store you bought it from.
I mean seriously?

Thank you so much Nusardel for helping me get my printing documents and posters all done. He was so patient with me and extremely helpful. Being honest and advising what would work best for me with sorting my documents. He was helping me and juggling other customers at the same time. Such a great team member, thank you again!

The location and facility is ideal. Unfortunately, the staff that work in the printing area do not work with any sense of urgency. This is consistent even when the line of people waiting increases to more than 10 different people.
It is a shame that they can not employ more people, or at least more capable people whom understand the importance of haste when it becomes necessary!

Phone service is terrible. No one picks up the phone, not just a one off occasion as well. Its always been like this every time i call.

I deal with this Officeworks a lot because it’s local to the office I work in. I will drive out of my way to avoid going to this store, ordering online is usually no issue but going into the store is, especially when you never get through to them over the phone. The staff there are rude and abrasive and make it obvious they don’t want to be there, you wait ages to be served or to be helped and then when you are they’re all rude and impatient. Sri is the man who served me first and he was perfect and very helpful, would only ask him for assistance from now on.

Simply bad service! Takes 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Rude service from one of the ladies (old lady maybe.sounds like it) on the phone who was arguing rather than helping. Also they don't take additional instructions on how to print your work over the phone.have to be there to tell them personally.how annoying is this kind of service.robotic service (not flexible)!

After ringing this store 10 times to try and find product availability still no answer by them.it is a such inconvenient. 0 customer service.

The worst Officeworks in Sydney. Staff never to be found to ask for assistance and when they are they seem to get annoyed with helping customers.

Very poor customer service, ladies in printing section very slow and lazy just walking around behind the registers and barely serving people.

I waited there 40 minutes to get served while there were only 2 people in front of me.

This was my 3rd time in there with bad experience, never going back there again.

Get your job done at another office works store.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I rang a total of 12 time and no one bothers to answer the phone. Disgusting that in this day and age this happens. I will never ever shop here again.

I will not be shopping with this store again, I asked for pick up but couldn't pick from store. The only way I could get my dryer was to get it delivered $ otherwise I wouldn't get it. Not right it would have been out of stock what they said. I had no other option. Regardless I should have been able to pick up rather than a delivery. Regards Simon. Not happy.

Disgusting customer service there by one particular woman. Dont know why she is in customer service role if she doesnt like people.

The worst place to shop is at Office works Wetherill Park they're so rude and unfriendly poor customer service, on top of that they are so stuck up aswell relax it's just the West area not in the city.

Horrible customer service, staff there look miserable and don't look like helping. Should be thankful they have a job during this virus

The staff here were super friendly and accommodating. They really went the extra mile to help me find a product and I am super appreciative.
