I’ve been going to this officeworks for about the better part of 8 years.up until now there hasn’t been any outstanding reason that I would put a review in, most of the time the service has been outstanding but again nothing to that made me want to put a review out.

Today after having probably one of the longest Friday's I was looking for a pair of earphones as I donated mine and asked one of the gentlemen there for a suggestion. He helped me pick out ones that would suit my needs which was awesome but on top of that I needed an adapter for the earphones which they couldn’t locate. I can not emphasise the amount of care they put over me and this 14 dollar item. Unfortunately they had none in stock by the end of it but they offered a higher quality alternative.

I would recommend Wetherill park OfficeWorks, the time and effort the team puts in clearly goes unnoticed by the locals.

Lack of staff and friendliness in the store. Becoming like Myers where you cannot find anyone to give you assistance.

Customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes the shop is untidy with items all over the place and staff won't do anything about it but just talk to each other complaining. The space is alright and big.

HONESTLY, READ YOUR REVIEWS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Every single one is the same! Your customer service is shocking, printing station is horrible, your management is useless if the situation is never fixed absolutely pathetic.

Print and copy are atrocious. They have one person on at a time doing pick ups and new orders. Instead of having someone to take orders and fill them. Then they have a terrible attitude as well. If you want people to use your online program, make it available on computers in store.
Most staff are pretty unfriendly, like they have better things to do.
Just go there with what you know you need because help is basically nonexistent.

By far the worst office works in the area. There is not one time where it was been a pleasant and convenient visit. Avoid this officeworks at all costs

Absolutely a Gentleman, the Manager of the Store
Even though the staff member was a bit fussy but the Manager helped me Promptly to Get the 128 page Book and Glue Stick

Sabin Shresthia is the most amazing customer service employee I have come across. He is very well informed and a real gentleman. I am not sure about another employee who was not too honest about a laptop he sold me earlier. I would only go back because of people like Sabin.

I bought a product twice hp 63that dried out on me.
I presented the wrong receipt (cheaper) than the product I returned.
Rather than the manager taking my keycard and finding the receipt to assist the manager explained that the product was likely left for more than a month (wrong) I have since found the receipt.
I was told I needed to find my receipt.
I need to adjust my tone.after explaining for ten minutes how I did not know why the product o had did not tie up with my receipt.
The receipt was hidden as a negative purchase in my bank as that is the result of having to return keyboards that stop working 3 times.
Explained that I specifically set up an officeworks account as I have adhd and lose receipts but I was not allowed to use it as my card was sent to Newcastle and old Guildford met would not use it.

The manager prayash thought it was ok to tell me to go to Newcastle and see why they may have scanned it wrong.

Please invest in your management in your Western suburbs branches.

Sighing. Eye rolling. Laughing at customers is pretty unprofessional. I'm trying to run a business here and the immaturity of your staff is unacceptable.

You are doing your brand a disservice by having really bad office norms functioning in your wesyernsuburbd stores vs your Newcastle stores.

The cost to your brand of treating your customers as liars is really immeasurable. This is the second time. Now the second poor score.

After wasting almost half qm hour of my time explaining and reecplaining it could have been sorted out by them taking my card and finding the receipt.

You are quickly becoming the worst big box to deal with commercially.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by 2 brats that work there that like to laugh at customers and a manager who does nothing about it. Absolute no to bad customer service to the customers that keep them employed.
The one guy that assisted us was great. But the other 3. Horrible

Please dont work in print and copy if you're going to give customers an attitude and behave like a 16 year old brat. Coming from a background in customer service FOR THIS COMPANY i would never speak or behave the way the staff at this store do. The night time print and copy team are inefficient, purposely slow and have a chip on their shoulder. Be a nice and efficient worker or go work behind a computer screen somewhere else, simple.

Went to do some colour photocopying today. Workers were nice and prompt however the pastel orange part printed out green. All they did was say that the original usually looks a little different- no compensation for loss of quality, still paid full price.

Very bad service I bought a speaker last year ue megaboom3 the battery quality got bad and u have insurance for it they didn’t not change it and blamed it on me and they said because of the paint it happened because I work in painting factory and I know about speakers if the paint was affected the volume condition will be bad as well but it was clear and loud not recommending them at all

Horrendous customer service! No one picks up the phones. I contacted the 1300 number to transfer me to the store, they didn’t even pick up for them. Went in to the store to return a pc I had bought weeks before, asked as to why no one answers the phone, as it is difficult to take time out of my scheduled day to visit in store for simple advice. The man at the counter simply looked at me and laughed. Their response was call HP. Waste of time, money and energy! It’ll also be nice if someone in that store cracked a smile or asked if I needed assistance whilst shopping the aisles.

Obviously, you can see clearly the #service and #helpfulness is at its lowest levels, im not sure how franchise like office works accept such a team to perform like that!
The manager owner all need to be briefed.
I do not care attitude not helping the business.
I will review a product better than reviewing this facility: they need proper business consultation, or tough manager to take matters into his hands.

Have been using my A71 for a week now as gps. I couldn't be happier with it! The battery life is outstanding, thanks for the 4500 mAh. Dual sim, 6 Gb ram and 128 Gb rom (slot for 512 Gb card is still there in case you need more storage) along with its fantastic cameras and amazing screen makes me wonder why anyone would want more than this. And it came with Android 10, didn't have to wait months for an update. My only concern was that it is said to be fragile. But hey, I would've bought a case and screen protector anyway:) All apps run smoothly, and it's enough to charge it every 2/3 days. Thank you Samsung, you have yet to disappoint me:)
