Officeworks West Ryde

Terrible customer service, i was in to scan and print some documents. Their self-serve printers did not work and I went to the counter. The girl serving me was asking for twice the self serve rate for scanning, and wouldn't give me a refund the money that I had already put on their copy/printing cards.

Overall - good store, i asked to laminate something, the job was very bad and there was air bubbles throughout.the laminate also started to open.very disappointed.: (

Consistently rude customer service from different staff at various times of the day! Beware: they demand to check your bags (most Officeworks stores don't enforce this)

I have been here only twice and the staff seem to more careless and indifferent every time. The store itself has not much stuff either

Though small and may mit offer a large range as compared to other Officework store, the staff are pretty friendly and helpful! Helped me through some printings and browsing.

Good Staff!
I visit this office, perhaps, once every month or two months.
People there are nice and cooperative and I appreciate their work.
The only drawback is that some items are a bit too expensive. However most of them have reasonable prices.

Very poor service. Waiting half an hour to print a single page. No self service printer avalable. Disappointing!

Horrible customer service. Had no idea where the new stocks are and only one ground member for customer service. Took a whole hour to buy two USBs that are shown as available online.

Never come here if you are expecting quick or even timely service. You will need a couple of hours spare to wait for the three customers in front of you to get served, or better yet, 24 hours for prints or binding services.

I often go to this store to print documents or for the random office supply. Staff always greet me on arrival and offer assistance which is great and welcoming!
When being served to get documents printed, staff are always very kind and helpful to make sure everything is as i want.
Never had any issues there, as I usually go in the morning, lovely store and wide range of products!

Very poor customer service. Online and store stock shows they have the item I want but the employees could not find it! Waste of time!

OMG this officework legitmently refused service us before 9pm we went in at 8: 50, urgent document need to be done and they refused us because they want to go home bad service brought down officework

It took them 45 minutes to take two descent passport size photos l. Worst part was, when I tried to print the mailed copy of photo on their printer it gave me the error for low resolution

Was told it would take 3 days to complete a single small bind in print and copy. What’s the point of offering print and copy services if you don’t have enough staff to complete the services? That’s bait and switch advertising.

Small store with lack of products, asked for some help to find a product and the answer was "It has to be somewhere over there" with the store empty.not coming back here

Slow lift from underground car park with poor labelling as to which floor to go to, but otherwise friendly and knowledgeable staff, with smaller range due to smaller sized store

Sunday - 3.45 pm - 25.03.18 - Was there to do some printing stuff and bought some stationaries. Started with the cashier who was this lady who out of the blue told me to be mindful when all I did was placed stuff on the counter to pay. She behaves as if she owns the place when she is just a staff. It’s her business to be efficient in serving her customers and not tell her customers to be mindful of her slow actions. The service was super slow with a very unhelpful manager by the name of Jamal. He was just standing there doing nothing and instead of providing customer assistance, he started saying that things cannot be done and talk about policy when all this while customers in the shop are made to wait. He could have easily walk to a counter and serve customers to ease the flow instead of trying to show his authority and make things difficult. Very poor customer service, very slow and very inefficient. Will never ever be back. Went to officeworks north Ryde after that, got everything done in 5 mins! Officeworks please check on your staff at this branch, they are seriously rude & unprofessional.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT, every time I walk in i'm greeted by a smile and a good afternoon, they're kind and very helpful, the store is also very great, always saves my day, in general its a great store
