Officeworks West Ryde

Worst customer service had gone in for passport photos and it took 30 mins to get an answer yet couldnt get photos taken and had to leave. All the workers were ignoring us and heavily understaffed as the place got even busier. Not coming back again as such terrible service is not tolerated.

Incredible printing assistance and customer service from Shristy! She was so helpful and patient, even with a large printing order with several changes late at night. She went above and beyond to to help me get my prints just right, and was so lovely throughout the whole process.

She saved me so much time printing and cutting everything for a bridal shower by hand with her help and recommendations, I can’t express my appreciation enough!

Went in 7.03, asked help to print 1 and i repeat 1 document which needed a thicker paper, the girl with pink hair (i can see she has been mentioned already in other review) said she was busy.there were 0 customers in the shop and the job i kindly asked for was literally 2 minutes job.understand there are rules, but common sense is always the best way.once again, pink hair girl, make sure you take a break during your busy day!

Super slow staff.if you want to waste your day in a line, come here.doing very simple thing needs ages

Came here to get an A4 booklet printed and bound. The book ended up with multiple smeared printing errors, and the pages were bound in the wrong order. Waste of $35.

Thanks for scanning 3/4 paper instead of full paper. Now I have to go somewhere to scan the full document. Waited 20 min in line for this job and only 1 person in front of me. Team members are having something funny conversations rather than serving customers. Good job guys keep it up ruin people documents

I want to commend the print and copy service at Officeworks West Ryde especially Rusha’s excellent work ethics. She takes time to actually listen to your needs and responds accordingly. She is knowledgeable— knows exactly how to navigate around measurements and serves people with a smile. Overall, very good customer experience.

Do not go to this store to print anything ever!

This was the worst possible experience ever!
I went in to print some photos TWO HOURS LATER I left with nothing.
I spent an hour in the print queue!
The staff were very polite but there was nothing they could do to help.

Terrifying lift, never honours price beat guarantees - if you wanna see the backrooms in real life, come here.

Great if you love waiting in long lines to be told the machine is broken. They don't even tell you while you are in queue and let them know what you are there for.

Went to get my malaysian passport photo along with my partner and my Indian Visa done. They said they could do it.

After the photo was taken I was told that they could not resize the Malaysian passport photo to the correct digital copy requirements. The person suggested that I use VisaFoto to get it resized. Why she did not do it in the first place is beyond me!

Then for the Indian Visa, the gave us hard copies of the photos uncut. Even asked if they could cut it the person replied they can't take the risk! What a joke.

If you are going to provide a service do it properly or at least be upfront about what you van and cannot do. On top of that the whole thing cost $50!

In some places around the world this would be called "A rip off" but here is is just called " acceptable business behaviour"

Slow service! Have 5 people on desk and only 1 person actually working! I’ve waiting in line for 40mins to print something out!

The staff is really bad, they don't know what to do, it took 90 mins to provide my prints, their printing machines not working, internet down not getting my email, so much confusion for payment too. They asked me to collect my binding book next day I came two days after but still the book was not ready, they put a note that I will come and discuss issue regarding binding, but I did not receive any call, God knows whom they inform.really bad experiences, not at all good staff. Not recommended the store at all, very unhappy.

I have never once had a pleasant experience at Officeworks West Ryde. Probably my least favourite place on earth.

I’ve been waiting for more than half an hour to be served, even if they check their surveillance camera. I’m telling you guys the truth. Short staffed. I don’t recommend this branch.

Was served by Staff Abhishek last week and he delivered really good customer service while I was patronizing the store. Keep up the great work

How can i rate 0 star? I order an item on Friday because I saw the item on 2 hours click and collect and got message too that it will be ready within 2 hours but after a while i got another message that order is delayed and will have to wait till Tuesday. If i had got that much time i could have order from any other place. Worst place to do shopping.

It is the absolute worst. Had to wait 40 mins to get just one document JUST DOCUMENT SCANNED. The person in front of me had a big job to do. But the staff standing on purchasing counter didn’t jump to do the scan. Even though there was no one waiting to purchase and they could see the printing and scanning queue was becoming bigger and bigger. ABSOLUTELY WORSE…. Never been to an officeworks as bad as this.

We find an officeworks staff name Abhishek very helpful and friendly. We brought two products at a reasonable price, beating other stores' prices.
