She truely went above and beyond to help me today with a document and binding job that was giving me grief.
Thanks to Negs amazing help I was able to submit a big time sensitive legal document today.
She was such a pleasure to deal with too. I was having a really bad week, and this experience reminded me of the great people out there in the world.
Will keep returning to this store.

BEWARE, the store will be closing at 7pm instead of 9pm until March 25.
Update your trading hours if they are changing! With the technology we have access to nowadays, it shouldn't be an option in 2022 to simply update an information online for your customers.

I had an amazing experience with one of the staff at the store last Sunday.
He went above and beyond in assisting me with price beat on a laptop. The process was swift and smooth, he was extremely helpful and sweet.
I wish we'd gotten his name.

Nicely presented store, but despite there being 5-10 members of staff around the store and not being particularly busy noone attended to the checkout counters. Waited for 5 mins then gave up
The lift buttons are always stuck with gum and is so old it needs to be replaced. I chose not to go to this store instead but chose to go to North Ryde Officeworks. Not sure if this issue has to be rectified.
Probably the worst office worksI have visited.
Five days ago, I ordered seven small document books to be printed and bound.
I specified that I needed the first two pages in colour, and the rest in black and white. Meredith was lovely and she wrote that down in three separate sections on my order form.
Today I visited to pick them up and lo and behold, they have been printed completely in black and white, despite all the clear instructions. When I asked how this would be rectified, the other employee today told me that she will fix it and it will take 5 or 10 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, she changed her mind and said that she isn’t going to be able to do it that quickly and I will have to come back.
So not only was I overcharged for this service (paid $20 extra per book compared to last time, for some unknown reason), but now need to return for a third time to finally pick them up.
No wonder the store has such bad reviews.
Poor customer service, if someone is waiting in line serve them or at least ask what they need.

Unfortunately, customer service here could be further improved. Most of the staff don't put their customers first priority - no greetings, no asking if we need help, they only focus solely on restocking items or talking to each other. It would be great if staff could be more enthusiastic and if photo printing could be faster (I usually wait on average 20 minutes for my photos to be printed - North Ryde officeworks is much faster).
You will highly unlikely get a pick-up if you call this store by phone. Called several times - no answer.
Awful staff. Went to do the binding and it was like 3 minutes work. Middle eastern staff was very rude and took 20 mins (it was not even crowded). Shame on you.
No one picks up call.went in and had no stock even though the website shows in stock.wasted time, fuel and effort.
Worst store, rude staff have no clue of what they have in store and no knowledge in their product like. Avoid this store like plague.
I was there today asked young man where to find a fine tipped chalk pen. He claimed there is no such thing. Within a minute I was able to find the liquid chalk pen. While paying at the counter alertered to women but she was not interested just want my money that is. The store is staffed by unmotivated zombies. Hope the management listen to the customers. Reading the previous reviews show I am not only has had issues at this store.
Quality store with all your usual Officeworks offerings but I wish they would improve the carpark and dirty lift downstairs!
Wished staff were more experienced. They were unable to do a simple double scan for a photo ID after i specifically stated that I wanted a double scan onto one page. Got my stuff done and paid an app instead. Service was very slow, they prefer to sanitize their counter repeatedly rather than serving a customer.
Fantastic printing service by the girl working on Australia Day. Great brand ambassador helped me with WillsOnWheels.com.au brochures
Extremely rude staff- I visited the store today for a printer and asked the customer service lady if she could check the system for an item. She asked for the item code. She started to explain "we don't have this item but another store might" and I started to mention I looked on the website to check for stock, in the middle of my sentence she said very rudely "if you'd let me finish" and then continued to very efficiently read out the stores that had it. This interjection of "if you'd let me finish" was unnecessarily rude, I was just providing some casual extra info which she wasn't interested in but she could have allowed me to finish. This is how regular people conduct polite interactions.
No one answered phone. I called since there is no way to check stock on the website. Called several times but no pickup. If they did I would not have to bother them in the store.
The stock they keep at this office works is quite pathetic also.
Go to any other Office works even if you live down the road from West Ryde office works
The first staff member i spoke to was very rude to me i asked for a product and he told me what isle to go to i go back to him and he said they don’t sell it despite the website saying you have it in stock, the lady at the front desk searched for the product and said you did have it and told us to go to the end isle and if it’s not there ask staff, it wasn’t there and there was only one guy on the floor so i asked him again and he said they don’t sell it, place is such a sack

Everytime I come here, the customer service is horrible and terribly understaffed!
I waited over 10 minutes in the line to print a passport photo and of course, the printer had some problems and that it was printing too yellow.
The second time I came, I was after a specfic marker which shows that it was in stock at west ryde. The two staff did not know what it was and told me it was in the front section and if it was not there, then we dont have it.
Just disappointed everytime I go into officeworks, some staff are lovely (2 star for generosity) but the amount of times I've had to wait in line is insane. Always just one person serving on the register to purchase and always a line for printing.
Most of the Staff are young and with less customer service experience, which is okay but it would be better if the Senior Staff can actually focus on the customer instead of chatting with the Junior Staff.
I was printing today going back and forth from email to email, to 200gsm paper to sticky label papers and a Trainee served me.
The trainee said its only her third day there but the girl who was training the trainee was a total legend. She was very knowledgeable and had long red hair, didn't get her name but super patient with the trainees learning process, thanking customers for their patience, always giving clear and polite instructions to the trainee, so the trainee followed along so well, making small talk while I wait so I don't get bored.
Both girls were lovely and im thankful to have been served by these two ladies who give amazing customer service.
