Extremely poor Customer service and very rude.asked for help from one of the ladies they decided to not help and stand around with 2 other workers talking.putrid customer service if you ask me.

The staff here are okay, especially the young ones. Some of the older staff look cranky most of the time. I went here just after New Years Day and it was so hot in the store. When i asked why i was told certain cultures don't like air conditioning. It was just too hot in there and almost as hot outside. Sweat was pouring off me in the store which made it very uncomfortable to stay longer than 10 minutes. I bought my computer and books elsewhere so they lost a sale of $550.00 because they thought shopping in an oven was acceptable

Margaret from Wentworth was amazing! We were meeting a band and needed a quick dry pen for them to sign with. She had an amazing knowledge of pens and was very pleasant. She should be valued as an amazing employee of Officeworks!

Live right across the road from this officeworks and have used them for purchasing an iPhone X’s, other products and their mailing service, always friendly customer service right from the doorstep, prompt, helpful and just overall great service and business.

I been there today for printouts. Normally I done with USB at Blacktown office works. In this time I used over print me options. One lady on the printing section she name is LEENA. I asked some assist but she wouldn’t. While no customer at the printing section. I’m very disappointed with her. She don’t know customers services. And satisfaction.

First if you want to take print out then you have to get a ofice works cashcard but before you take the print out you need to pay money for the cashcard. It's a perfect place for stationary items. You can also buy iPads, phones and printers.you can buy stuff for making furnitures and There is a nearby petrol pump.

This was a good place to check how much the paper shredders cost. They were from $20 right up to $100 dollars, which wasn't to bad.

There was a good range of stationery items and bigger electrical items and computer stuff.

This is a good place to start for any office items you may need for business, home or students.

Staff were helpful and direct. I will go back here.

Young staff are polite, Two old ladies are very rude and don't like to work. Any request you make, they start making faces. They are not good for customer service job.

Worst service ever. The staff are rude and don’t want to work. If you ask them to do something. They’ll make faces. It’s like they’re doing it for free. Pathetic.

Staff (Tom and Paul) were very helpful when my online order arrived incomplete from the head office. They fully refunded the cost of the items as a courtesy for the mistake and got out of their way to transfer them from another store to give them to me at no cost. They promptly followed through the whole process and were appreciative of my time.

On another occasion, their staff waived the printing cost when a printer error delayed the printing process by 10 minutes.

At this store, great customer service and reasonable prices go hand in hand!

Staffs were okay and printing is getting it done quickly, but items are not always available and not quickly restocked.

Needed to get an A2 poster printed and laminated for work. The printing team here were incredibly helpful, timely, and the final product was great. Thanks guys!

No wonder that every person leaves disappointed out of this place. It's a bizzare. The staff here are so rude and so upset about any customers enquiry or arrival. No smile on faces. No hello, please, thanks Etc. Total disrespect to the customers. Especially. Leena, Paul, Laila and DIPALI SHE IS AN EPIC.

Good, great service, specially Mailman service. No need wait until 9: 30 AM to post office open and stay on line to post something. Save time by Mailman officework.

Very bad service, most things out of stock, one person serves when a queue of customers waiting.
