Officeworks Wentworthville

I had a very bad experience with one of the staff members in the printing section. She was extremely rude and lacked a great deal of patience. Firstly, I asked her that I would like to print out a document from my email. She asked me to forward it to their email address which was displayed at the counter.
When I asked her to check to print it, she said she hasn’t received it. I confirmed their email and then she said it’s not that one but the one below it. I sent it again to the other email. I had a look and the email wasn’t received on her end. So, I asked her politely if she could refresh to check. She replied very rudely that the system refreshes on its own.

After sending her the email 2,3 times, she received all my emails in one go. She just refused to refresh because she was least interested to work I guess. Very annoying experience.

After dialing numerous officeworks store for stock availability - most of which went on endless hold or disconnects, finally found really good information from this store.very helpful!

The lady at the counter Vinnie did not know how to speak and was very rude. Very annoyed with the customer service. Felt like it is the worst Officeworks I have been to till date.

Pros: helpful staff and fairly quick service considering the amount of people they handle.
Cons: they are a smaller officeworks and often don’t have stock for high value or voluminous items. Suggest you check the stock with them before visit.

The printing lady today afternoon around 12.20 pm was very rude and treated badly.pls have some patience towards your customers.

Not the largest Officeworks store but easy to get & & pickup what’s needed without a fuss, easy to find with good parking.

Staff needs to learn manners and be professional. Young boys who work there constantly refer to you as 'buddy'.

I went here twice. Once to get an Ethernet cable and another time to buy to buy web cam. Customer service was literally non-existent. There were plenty of staff there by they tended to hide in the side alleys pretending to be working opening boxes or whatnot.

After about 5-10 minutes looking for each item no one offered assistance until I realised both items I was looking for were out of stock so I left the store.

My advice would be to don't waste your time and money here and buy your stuff online instead.

I would have given this place 1 star but because of Covid I'll give them a tiny bit of slack.

Very rude staff. I was denied service even I was before time. When I ask can I speak to manager, the guy replied He is the manager.
Not sure if ut is true. Surely office work Wentworthville need to check the service.

Poor customer service. Self digital printing machine was not working from last month. If u visit on counter around 05.30 on sat staff say come in the morning we can’t print now. It’s happened me 2 nd time in last fortnight.

I wanted to take advantage of their price beat guarantee. As soon as I mentioned I had found this product cheaper elsewhere the staff were very sceptical. In the end they provided a poor excuse that goes against their policy and I am very disappointed.

No proper management.
Customers have No idea what queue to wait for what for service.
Staff are a bit rude.
I don't know how they manage to make their staff disappear at peak times.

Verrrrry slow service, I just wanted to print 4 photos and waited around 40 min, at that time it was only 7 to 10 customers were in the place.
After 40 min they advised me, sorry for some reason photo doesn't print.

Pathetic service. This particular lady serving on counter printing area has always been so rude. This is not the first time. Multiple times.

Took my office in to get it repaired. I spoke to a nice young Office Mechanic who worked on my office. The green part is now good again. He even have me a 7 month warranty. My son turned 7 yesterday and said he wants to be an Office Mechanic when he grows up. I will be back.

Extremely helpful staff, I visited Wenthworthvile store while I have my baby with me. Leena, one of the staff noticed I carry a baby so she approached me and helped me to have my things done. They are all awesome, thank you Officeworks

Only 2-3 staff members actually provide a friendly, helpful service, everyone else is condescending and unhelpful. Will be making the extra 15 minute trek to the next closest OfficeWorks so I don't have to deal with this store's attitude and unhelpfulness. Not to mention they never answer their phones, there's always long queues, and majority of staff have no sense of customer service.

I had come to wentworthvile Officeworks to get help with laptop and HDMI cable on the 13/05/2020. I had come around night time at 6pm and the young boy shailesh was very helpful and and very nice to talk to. He always had a smile while talking, really helped me and I loved the way he looked after me with his excellent service. He is the star of Officeworks, I normally go to other Officeworks stores and they are always rude, I will recommend anybody going to officeworks for help to talk this smart young boy!

Customer service lacking palmed off from staff member to another absolutely no ownership. Inital staff member didn't knew where the stock was asked me to ask someone else. Maybe take ownership? Shouldn't he have asked another team member and come back to me?
Second team member gave me an isle number and said I think it's there. Product was not there. Asked a third team member they said maybe they don't have it as it is a little store? Didn't even check, when I started it said it started available on the website he said well maybe we do have it then. He was then called to the register over the speaker and in deep conversation with another customer so I left.
So after 26min in frustrtation without the product I was after unfortunately not the only negative experience I have had in this store.

Worst customer services. No one knows what's going on. Waited 5mins to be told to go to a different register only to see the attendant offer service to someone 3 registers away rather me, the only person standing in front of her.
I returned my items to shelf and left without purchasing anything. Would rather not spend my money at a business that treats customers this way.
Highly recommend NOT to go here
