VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
team members are SLOW TO SERVE CUSTOMERS and there is always a long queue.
I was there before 4PM to get some books thermal binded and was told that same day service is not possible even though I was there 5 HOURS before store closer.
Way of talking of both team member and manager are disrespectful.very disappointed.

This store NEVER answers their phone! Everyone in retail gets busy, but that’s no excuse to not answer the phone at all. Even when visiting this store, you can hear the phone ringing out in the background and the staff just carry on with their jobs like nothing is happening. If you don’t ever want to answer a phone, don’t work in retail.

Ash the manager on Saturday 6th November went above and beyond to assist when I was stuck to send some legal documents. Really thankful for his assistance he made the process so easy. Stay blessed.

Wow I could give 0 star if I could. The worse office works ever! Waited 30+mins multiple occasions for printing! The machine printing always running out of toner! Never coming back would rather go to office works in another state then here!

No problem so far, staff is always helpful when needed. Click and Collect service during lockdown was very good. Some products are not of best quality but not bad as well. That's the reason of 4 star otherwise overall good.

Does anyone answer the phones anymore at this shop. I've been calling all week to try and get the status of my order which I placed last month unfortunately no cares when the phones ring. Absolutely dissatisfied by your service.

One of the worst place to go for prints. I uploaded 2 documents for print, thru contact less click and collect. After a couple of hours I received an email saying that both the documents were ready for pick up. When I went to collect the docs, only once document was printed. Upon query the printing section in charge told me that the system had only processed one doc. If that was the case then how did i get an email saying both the documents were ready to be collected? I have had many bad experiences with the printing staff there, they will never accept their mistakes. I am stil waiting for the second email to say that the second doc is ready for pick, even after 12 hours!

Worst customer service as they refused to serve me because they were closing in five minutes. All I needed was to print something and it was already sent. The job would’ve taken maximum of two minutes with payment put the worker refused to listen.

Great customer service by Nadine and the rest of the team. Working hard for the community during lockdown.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to Paul for helping me with choosing the right modem for my home. He was pleasant to speak to on the phone and very very helpful. I understand these times must be difficult with changes to the store operations but you were a real professional and so efficient. Thank you again.

Customer service needs work, staff are curt with customers often - I watched one lady roll her eyes or be abrupt at several customers as she assisted them. I've needed to go in a few times recently and often there are queues for the printers and the counters, but it's not completely clear which line is which. The staff present a general air of discontent.

I would especially like to thank Mary, the young girl when I visited Officeworks on 28 July 2021. Mary went out of her way to help me get what I needed. Mary also went out of her way to suggest other alternatives if I wished to purchase. Mary indeed has a very pleasing customer friendly demeanour and personality. Officeworks will go a very long way, should you have many more employees like Mary. Wishing Mary the very best. Good luck.

The worst place on the earth with the worst customer service.
Went there twice and experienced dealing with the worst people working in this store.
First time I needed passport photos taken the Indian lady asked my wife to carry the chair to the photo place and bring it back for them.
For the second time I had some photos to print and I needed help no one knew what to do and answer my questions. The Muslim young lady was chitchating to the other worker and we were waiting for someone to help and serve other customers.

Very slow and terrible service. It's really hard to find a good officeworks branch that hires capable employees. Always short-staffed which makes customers regret the moment they entered the store.

Nadine at the print station highly recommended. I went in to see her pre the festival I booked in darling harbour requiring a double side printed board, without much time left to have this job done, she advised me of a few different options and also cleaned up my art work to make it more presentable. I thought I would have to end up paying a fortune for this job, thou her honesty and integrity showed me the most cost effective way. Extremely happy with her diligence and care, if the world had more people like you the world would truly be a better place.
