28.1.24 The manager was so concieted / rude / wanted to show he was the boss/ not listening.
He didn't believe us when we said our printer was faulty. He keep implying there was no ink when there was.
I told him multiple times that I tested it at home and the pictures and text came out distorted.
I have never felt so mistreated. I felt like he though I was lying. Why would lie over a $40 computer.
He ruined my great experience with office work the brand.
He also said that HP is not a good brand. Then why office work is selling it.

Sorry but the service is always slow and the store always stinks like body odour please clean your air conditioning filters

Bought hp desk ink as advised by customer representative there but when i opened it then figured out that’s not compatible, even though i checked 5 times with customer representative and he said it is compatible.while returning they declined saying it is not our fault.i mean i really don’t care about money it is about how you treat customers. Bad experience, will never will using this centre again.

The entire team is always so helpful.
In particular, Alejandra, Lillie & Raph on this occasion, were exceptional. They worked together to successfully print a poster for me, that was by no means straightforward.
It took some time to get it right, however they all showed such sincerity, patience and determination.

I had an incredibly positive experience with this Officeworks! Despite some website issues, their staff went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem in house. It was no easy feat, but Lillie, in particular, was a true superhero, saving my project. Their level of cooperation and dedication was truly remarkable. I highly recommend their outstanding customer service!
After being a customer of Officeworks for more than 10 years I can easily say Officeworks Wentworthville is the best Officeworks!

They do try their best to give good service untill you find one guy whinghing on everything

Staff needs to learn manners and be professional. Young boys who work there constantly refer to you as 'buddy'.

The current condition of OfficeWorks is not as it used to be. Unlike their previous approach of assisting customers, they now seem to deflect issues and refuse to listen to customers' concerns, particularly those regarding post-purchase product issues with tech purchases.

Wasted 45mins to print only few pages.they were trying to take all jobs at a time not one by one.served 1 customer and left half job and served another customers.and waited for bloody nothing.

Picked up a click and collect print order. Printing job was poor and pages were missing. Went back to the store, Daniel was so accomodating and helpful in rectifying the situation.

The man staff who helped me was fine but there is a mid aged lady staff at Wentworthville store who was not genuinely helpful.she passed a rude comment on me plus was very unprofessional! Was kind of laughing at me in a mocking way for no reason. I was very upset with whole experience.for a staff of her age I expect more maturity and because of staffs like her the brands name and reputation is spoilt.

Great place to play hide and seek trying to find staff. Too busy having a chat with their colleagues. Time to sack current incompetent staff and get people who want a job and work. No wonder majority of people shop online. Useless clowns.

One stop shop for most of your educational needs. You can buy computers, phones, printers, cartridges, fitness watches, ipads etc. Excellent service from staff. Printing services are available. Plenty of on-site parking.

Worst customer service ever. I was there to print images out of 4 self serve computer all 4 were damaged, poor wifi services to connect to photo transfer app, plus upon asking for help employee said there is nothing we can do. Are you serious? Where does customers go if they have difficulty with printing? Very disappointed. Please try to avoid going particular branch if you really want job done as there is no one who is going to help you if you need any. Please either train team members to help customers or shut the self serve printing options down.

Leena was super helpful with printing, she set realistic expectations but had the stuff printed before I was even out of the shop. Great service. Would highly recommend office works for printing, thanks to Leena.

Good parking space. Friendly staff. Most of printing, scanning facilities available at there. You could find laptops, mobiles, chargers, printers, books and most of the expected items on sales at here.

All the staff at this outlet have always been brilliant and helpful. However, yesterday I needed urgent advice about the type and availability of a photo card for my camera and - a big thank you to Sohel - he solved all my problems. A very helpful and professional young man.

Open till 9 pm.convenient store location and well stocked items. Great prices and Ample parking available.
