Every time I have come to this store the staff have been rude and unhelpful. The first time I had photos printed here, their printer came up with an error. After 20 minutes of trying to find a staff member to help, they came to look at it, disregarded the error and told me to wait. It was another hour before a staff member redirected the prints to their main printers. Again today, I’ve come to print photos and the employee at the photo counter literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked a simple question. The staff here are extremely rude. I will not be coming back.

Where should i start from, the counter was understaffed, went to print two sheets and after standing in a que and waiting for my turn to come the lady with short black hair with spectacles told me she cant do mine as there is a long line after me and i need to move out and wait for 20 minutes. After moving out of the que I could see how she was servicing all the other customers who were after me in the que. Really appreciate the help which other lady provided.

The staff at the printing station is severely understaffed and you’re often left waiting for 20-30 minutes. When you do get served, they couldn’t print documents to a particularly custom size. Complete waste of time.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. More than half the staff don't know how to help you, and the other half don't want to help you. Seriously, everyone there needed an attitude check.

This store is managed badly. Early Friday afternoon the manager had lots of staff wondering around the shop not doing anything while there was a long queue for the Copy and Print desk with just one poor lady serving and print jobs piling up. People who go to Officeworks for work purposes do not want to wait days to get their printing done!

This Officeworks doesn’t even deserve one star for the disgusting service. What you can expect is long wait times and staff with zero care for you. DO NOT rely on them if you have a major uni or work assignment to print. They know their service is horrific and still haven’t changed in over a year. Never go here. Anyone who rates this place a 5 probably works there because they’re lying to themselves. Staff named Pranita was especially unhelpful

Regular & loyal customer so Called in the morning to get hold of iPhone 8. Put one on hold, staff said yes will price match JB Hifi plus 5% off. I asked if I can pay on the phone to lock in the deal but asked me to pay over the counter when I come. Went to pick up the phone in the evening as discussed, Manager was so rude after wasting my time. No apologies or explanation why I can’t get extra 5% off. Walked off so they don’t get my business ever again. 5 % is just the scam.

Today, I have ask for print 2 page of A1 4 copy’s in black white and 1 sheet needs laminated. The staff make mistakes overcharged for $72.8. When I call them she hand up the phone when I was talking. Also she doesn’t want answering phone for second and third calls.
I have printed thousands of pages from office work every year! This is never happened before.
I think She shouldn’t working in the print shop.

Do not waste your time, lodged a printing job for 9 photos and came back 25 hrs later and it was not done or lost. Spent half an hour looking for it before printing it again, with me promting them to print it to begin with. Poor customer service. Utter incompetence.

Complete joke bunch of people. Order printer in store, get told it will be delivered following day. 1 week later and I'm still chasing delivery into the store. Each time you call, you get a different version of what has happened and what will happen. How do you run a store like this I have no idea!

Staff pretend to be friendly, they are not. I really hate how they have to say hello on you entering the store. Even if you have your head turned the other direction. Underpaid bullies is my thinking.

The thing that really makes this officeworks bad is the staff. On several occasions I’ve gone in needing printing and have been ignored for several minutes completely unaccompanied despite making eye contact with 3-4 staff members. To then be directed to self service because they couldn’t do it made life even harder, especially when I called up ahead of time to confirm. Staff tone and approach to customers was fairly weak also.

Ridiculously understaffed in the ‘print and copy’ section. Was waiting in line for over 30 minutes just to get 2 small documents binded which I previously got done and took 5 mins total.
There were so many staff walking around doing nothing and could have easily jumped on the other counter to help.

Won’t be going back there again.

Office works printing staff is very rude. Went there to get my daughters assignment printed off, firstly made us wait for 15 mins in printing line as no one would come to the desk and I f would ask would say wait a minute. Finally when a staff member can, said to go to self serve, went to self serve and the document would not open up on the machine to be printed, waited another 15 -20 mins for staff to come for assistance, after like wasting 10 mins seeing what was wrong took us back to printing desk and made us wait again as they were “ busy “ (doing nothing but scrolling on computer and chit chatting). Then when finally came took like 20 minuets to print it off like my daughter wanted, wasting like 6 copies, and then also making pay for wasted copies that my daughter didn’t even get to keep. Officeworkd really need to improve there staff at printing desk as in the whole store they are polite and helpful, except the printing desk, my 4 th time to see such disgusting service!

I went to Officeworks Printing Service desk at 1: 10pm this afternoon to have binding done on uni papers. The lady at the desk did not look up or give eye contact. Another customer went over and stood at desk and asked about printing. The lady looked up and then away. Another man joined me in line, we stood for about 10 minutes whilst the lady went from computer to printer behind the desk appearing busy. I approached the desk and asked if they were close. She said, no I already asked you if you wanted service. I asked her if she can have binding done. She said she was busy with other printing jobs, leave it there and come back in an hour. Her face was red and she seemed upset or angry. I told her that it seemed like she was busy and not to worry about my binding. I approached the man near the entrance on my way out and asked to see the manager. His name tag said Warwick. I told him that I had waited with other people at the service desk. The other two people left and I helped them get printing cards from the machine. Warwick said they were very busy. I told Warwick there was no one else at the service desk and I felt ignored. He said I'm sorry and looked down and away then walked off. Very unsatisfactory response for no apparent reason.
