Had a passport photos taken on the print desk. Not a pleasant experience on the female staff who attended us.

Very good service, went there last night for ID photos with my 3 girls, the male staff with glasses there was so helpful and patientce. Went back again today for some drama happened to my photoes, the girl at the print desk same good service, both of them 10 out of 10.

I need a A0 size poster for a conference the next day and called Officeworks Chatswood first (because that's where I live), but was only told that they could not even make it ready in the next 2 days. Chatswood staff also told me that it was the same service timeframe for all other branches, which was very upsetting. However, when I called Northmead (where I work), Candies (sorry if I spell the name wrong) was very friendly and accommodating. She assured me that since I've called to let them know, she could mark my job as Urgent and get it ready for me in 2 hours if not less! She was very understanding, professional, and prompt - my poster was ready in 1 hour for pickup. The quality was also good as she suggested paying just for the standard choice works. Thank you Northmead Officeworks! You saved my day:)

Have always had good service at the print desk but tonight at 6pm I was turned away by a man and woman and told they could not print from usb for me. I said "What now? ", even though there was no one else at the counter, "No the man said - not any more. You have to use self service or book it online. There are people in front of you. " I only wanted 6 prints. The woman offered to train me in the self-service machines, which would have taken much longer than just printing them from usb herself for me. I printed them myself on the poor paper they offer in the self-service and watched them laugh and lounge around. Very, very, poor customer service. I get a lot of printing done in that store - very disappointing. Pity these two tar the other print staff members who are usually helpful and knowledgeable.

2023: I see not much has changed here. It takes a long time to get service at the print counter, although the staff were friendly.

2021: They rarley answer the phone and service inside the store at the print counter and registers is painfully slow. Large store. Lots of stock. They're not really that cheap these days. I can get same quality products for half the price at many other cheap stores and Kmart etc. I go there less and less. I miss it being in Parramatta CBD too.

Possibly one of the best presented Office Works I've been into.

It was quite when I came in, the store was extremely clean and tidy and the service from the team was great

I visited your store today and a lovely and polite young gentleman Adrian approached me with a smile, offering to assist me. He walked with me throughout the store, nothing was trouble and he went above and beyond his customer service duties. It's nice to see that not all staff at your store are like robots, as Adrian has charisma, personality and a happy demure. Was such a breath of fresh air to have been assisted by him today.

Came in here to print some labels and Sehra at the print desk was extremely helpful. Great service!

Went in to spend $600 on a new mobile phone. Waited for five minutes for someone to serve me. There was a staff member less than three metres away who was "busy", so I walked back out with no new phone and my $600.0/10 would never go again. Lucky for them I'm not a mystery shopper or anything ;)

Impressively slow checkouts and the largest bag you can get for your purchases is about the size of an A4 piece of paper and has about the same strength.

Worst customer service ever- try not to go to this store if there is stock at other stores, unless you want to be patronised. Was at the counter and about to buy the product and I genuinely inquired whether they would price match on a product advertised at the same price at Good Guys and a simple no would have sufficed, but Ali (the apparent store manager) loudly mocks me with - no it's not lower if it's the same price is it? The attitude was very unnecessary as it was an honest question. Plz have some training on customer service

A very convenient location and the store was massive! Aisles were clean and stocked well. Bought a new chair for my setup and spent time figuring out a new monitor. Staff were helpful and the transaction was swift.

Excellent service by Ritu in the Printing and Copying section today. Very knowledgeable and professional. Ritu gets 5 stars!

Great service by the staff person in the Printing section at Officeworks Northmead. She greeted with a smile, listened to what I wanted to achieve and then quickly and accurately printed out what I wanted. A very positive experience

Print and copy staff:
Unprofessional staff don’t know how to take a passport photo. They even don’t know how to adjust camera and flashlight settings.

Wasted our time for more than 30 mins and didn’t bother themselves to give us simple apology. Unacceptable, rude arrogant attitude by Tessa.

I came to officework Northmead to get some photos printed. I queue in the line for service and I was told to use the self service printer of which I had never use it before. I was very disappointed from the lack of unhelpful service by the printing service staffs, both senior and the junior staffs, send me around from one staff to the other and at the end they told me best to do it online.
I wasted 30mins of my time there.
So, I went to Kmart and got my photos printed there, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staffs.

Photo machine hardly works. Spent 20 mins trying to print 5 6x 4 and ddnt get any prints. Took my money but no prints. No one at service could help me except for a sorry. This happened previously as well. Machines are either old or they need replacing. Not sure why service desk cannot print them for me either.

Yet again my delivery is delayed and allegedly the courier cannot find us. This is caused by Officeworks not entering all the delivery details which we provide including company name and additional delivery instructions.
This happens every single time we order from you people. Cannot talk to anyone in Officeworks to resolve the issue.
Terrible customer service

Printing staff:
Unfortunately this afternoon iwas very disappointed by how the Printing staff, the old lady talked to me front of other people. A very rude behaviour was not appropriate. The old Printing lady was telling personal stories with a, customer and my phone was turning off while in was sending my important documents to print. The mouse and keyboard of the computer was facing me and i thought that customers can check whether they emails are recived.
I just touched the mouse to see quickly before my phone die.
Front of everyone she yelled at me: what are you doinggggg, i am with the cutomet you shouldn't doo that.

I felt so bad. I did not mean to distribute her story telling. Please be more poliet nd don't ingnore thr customer who is waiting.

Semera and Ashley went above and beyond in there customer service! They went out of there way to ensure i received my product before store closing time. Very satisfied with there work and would definitely recommend.
