Staff not helpful, none of the staff smile or behave like they care about customers. Things were out of stock staff did offer alternatives or look up other stores when things are not in stock. Wanted to print a document, the colour printer not working, no one knows when it will be fixed (this could be a one-of though), but the staff is the worst I have ever seen, just don’t enjoy going in there.

I called to ask a question. Waited ages and then it just went to a recorded message asking me how they went today. I never did get to speak to anyone. Needless to say, it was not a positive experience

Absolutely horrible! Ordered an iPad and was told to pick up next day, called but no one answered so had to drive there, and upon entering staff had told me that they didn’t have it in stock and that I would have to wait for another few days for stock to arrive from the warehouse.

Terrible customer service. Website says open until 7pm and turned up just after 6pm for click & collect, travelled far only to be told that they are closing and to come back another time. This has happened twice now! Need to update their website!

This store does not honour their own price beat policy. Even when reading out the conditions of the price beat policy from their own website they still refuse - especially disappointing as they make a big deal out of it in their promotions and website. Dishonest.

Very bad experience with Click & Collect as no communication is available on when the product will be available even after 10 days. Customer support is horrible & cant give any conclusive update

It’s just an Officeworks I suppose has a lot of supplies needed And stock does replenish quite quickly… however there are some supplies such as the USB A to Lightning adaptor which take a quite a bit of time to ship to the store (not really their problem but can be resolved) staff are friendly just depending on the time you get there and it has everything you need.

Called in this morning for HP 804 ink replacements. Had to drive as no one answered the three phone calls to check on stock. Served by young lady who informed me out of stock but 10 were on order to come in after lunch today. I asked to hold two, told can’t do that. Come in around 1.30 to 2 pm. Tried to ring three times again to see if in, no one answered. Drove there again. No stock order arrived but not these stock. Manager advised me I shouldn’t have been told about the stock and to come back. Well, no one answers the phone. Told lies. A truely atrocious experience. Thanks but no thanks.

This is honestly the worst officeworks I've come into contact. You could be sitting here for 10minutes and no one will answer the phone. I called Castle Hill Officeworks just before calling Northmead twice. Castle Hill answered within 30seconds. I think Northmead neds to train their staff better. Such a let down.

Apparently the copic markers and tombw brush pen stand fell over like two months ago AND THEY STILL HAVENT GOT IT BACK UP!

They rarley answer the phone and service inside the store at the print counter and registers is painfully slow. Large store. Lots of stock. They're not really that cheap these days. I can get same quality products for half the price at many other cheap stores and Kmart etc. I go there less and less. I miss it being in Parramatta CBD too.

The attendants do not obey their price beat policy and knock back any attempt the price beat for the simplest reason. An example, they knocked back my request for a price beat on a fountain pen because the one I showed when was a different colour. They are very one sided and cannot connect with the customer. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT A FAIR PRICE!

My review is regarding clicl and collect and store expreience:

I got 5 different emails saying my order will be split and ready for collection on different days. This is the worst method seriously wait till complete order is ready to collect why would I come multiple times during COVID-19 into store?

When I attended the store, my order was not ready in a bag to be collected. I waited 1 hour until a team member was free and picked up my order from the Aisles and it was still missing items. What is this experience? If I wanted to shop from Aisles I would have chosen to do so. In COVID-19 when I want to limit my exposure I am getting emails for collection and my order was not even pre-packed ready to be picked up?

This was worst Click and collect experience ever, does not even qualify to be called click and collect. It should be called, click, come and wait into store and hope every thing is available to collect.

Never had a bad experience! Honestly, most of the bad reviews are from the "karens" that dont understand retail. My good mate works here currently and has to deal with some terrible people. From refusing to line up to straight up verbal abuse - the staff deserve a big raise!
