Officeworks Lewisham

John at Officeworks Lewisham did some poster printing for me that was for an important consultation project. We were doing some outdoor consultation in remote communities and he did a great job and was especially attentive to the quality. The work really shone. Thanks John.

Worst officework, time-wasting for photos printing (something wrong with the self printer station) staff says just keep waiting till its print doesn't help

Must be the worse officeworks in town.

Staff here are so lay back half of them are standing around doing nothing when there's a queue. You don't need people standing around to greet when there's 7 people in the queue and only one poor trainee serving. Everyone works here is working in slow motion if they walk or talk any slower we'll be travelling back in time.

Refunded an item 3 days ago, realised nothing had showed up in my bank account, called the store up with the receipt in hand and they asked me to come all the way back to the store, only to tell me in person that I needed to wait maybe a few more days and proceeding to say 'sorry bro I shouldnt have told you to come in, sorry man'
Complete waste of my time

Customer service at the printing area is very rude! Also price is misleading when it comes to binding. She cut the binder off the documents so she can redo it. But didnt let me know before hand that i have to pay again, should have let me know that there's an extra charge beforehand so that i can think if i should go ahead or just reprint the pages that got glued onto the binding which was a cheaper option. Not happy with your job then quit instead of making a scene!

Expect to be here a lonnnnnnnng time.
Always very busy, staff stressed, printer and photo department- although have always been nice with me. Not organised or running smoothly. Reading all the reviews there is a MASSIVE problem here. Never again coming here

Very inefficient and always understaffed. Any printing job needs a lot of waiting. I just spent an hour there to finally be told the printer does not work and that they have no idea if or when they will be able to print my documents. I wish they had told me this before as I would have gone to another Officeworks before closing time.

I wish I could give them 0 star worst experience ever in this place. Slowest staff ever working in printing department.

I love Officeworks, they have everything you need for school/office & home study. Excellent service as well

Wish I could give 0 stars to this place. They are predictably inept at providing the most basic service. I’ve ordered print jobs 3 times and each time they’ve gotten it wrong. A massive incovenience for what is also an expensive service. I’ve never ordered anything complicated and have never been a difficult customer. I’m currently waiting for them to fix their most recent error and once I pick it up that’s the last time I’ll be setting foot in this place. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

No care for customers even when asked for help. Rather drive further than deal with this store again

Hopeless staff! Told me I would have to book an A2 print and it couldn’t be done till the next day. After spending 15 mins on what couldn’t be done with the photo, I ask him to book it in and he tells me it won’t be ready till the day after tomorrow! 1 print, A2 size is going to take 2 days to print? Pretty obvious they don’t want the work or the customers. Won’t be coming here again.

Great local Officeworks in my area, although they do not sell macbooks. Not sure why, employees are kind.

The staff isn't very fast indeed but if you know how to work with the self service machines the printing process is very quick and you don't have to queue. The range of products is good as well.

Unhelpful staff. I know Officeworks is a large chain, but when people come into the shop we do expect some customer service.

We went in here to buy some notebooks for your school child. There are some pretty cheap notebooks on sales on the bargain bin areas which is exactly what we wanted.

But when we were at the check out they scanned a fair bit dearer. When we ask the check-out guy, he just said that is the price, we pointed out that is NOT the price at the bargain bin, he just looked at us and didn't say anything.

Anyway, we bought it, but probably won't be going there again.

I have a few Officeworks stores to choose from between home and work but when it comes to getting anything printed or copied, I choose your Lewisham store.just to be served by, Eleni. She is always accomodating and when my technically-challenged self comes hurling through the doors when the clock is doing its final countdown to closing time, she still manages to greet me with a smile and is generous with her time. She is always so helpful and Ive sent people there just to experience the same quality service. Tonight, was the first time I remembered her name, so while she thinks Ive gone home to relax, Im actually sitting in my car - still in the carpark! - singing her praises.just because she's worth it! Well Done! All the best!

2 of 6 self serve photo kiosks were out of order and 3 of the 4 photo printers were broken - equals long wait times. Staff couldn't have cared less if they tried.

A paralytic snail would seem fast and energetic compared to the staff I encountered here today. They have given up and just don’t care. This was made worse by the 2 prints I ordered coming back with obvious print lines throughout both. Quality -10. Printer was probably running out of ink. I was in a hurry so I just took them and left because I didn’t have time to argue and waste another half hour waiting for 2 small prints. Let’s face it, with the despondent attitude and obvious incompetence, I probably would have gotten the same quality prints again anyway. Worst office works I’ve ever been to. AVOID.

When you have searched all morning on foot to local stores, not found what you want then drive to Bunnings and they are out of stock its. Office Works to the rescue! It was a simple thing, an every day vanilla power cord. So I’m a happy man and a heads up to other stores, keep up your stock levels.

Have been going to this officeworks for years and I have never had a problem there as it has always had the supplies I needed.
