Officeworks Lewisham

This service is rubbish, you order a print online and they take 10 days to delivery but in fact they take 30 days.

I had a terrible returns experience with this store. Staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in trying to help. Save yourself time and shop at other Officeworks stores nearby.

I recently visited the Lewisham store, I walked in with the idea of purchasing a few goods to start my school on a high note! I was lost and ended up in the printing section. This lovely lady by the name of Tess assisted me in directing me around the store, taking time out of her shift.

Overall experience was better than any other Officeworks store ive been to! GREAT JOB GUYYS!

Terrible. I've been trying to call them about organising a printing order because the website keeps mangling it, and nobody answers the phone. Why bother even listing a phone number?

Usually a pretty horrid experience but I guess things have changed. Was served by James this morning - super nice, professional, informative young man. Big fan, thanks James.

Upon entering office works, I was greeted by some pretty impressive sweat patches, and a man. I had a conversation with the man about politics, socialism and philosophy, and I found myself wondering the whole time, "Who asked? "

Going to this store for document or photo printing is like torture, but the rest of it is pretty well stocked and fulfills my expectations of an Officeworks. About the same size as the Pitt St store though

I don’t think I’ve ever not had an issue or delay at office works. They’re useless and the staff just watch as people struggle to use malfunctioning self service printing. If you have a simple task you’re hoping to complete at office works, allow at least an hour as it will inevitably take long.

Don't bother trying to ring this store to check whether the product you were wanting to purchase is available, as no one answers the phone. As it turns out the product was not available & required chasing up at another store. Best bet is to order online.

Do you even use your phone? What's the point of having one If you guys don't know how to pick it up? I had to drive all the way down to check on an order THAT WASNT EVEN DONE because no one would pick up the phone.

ONTOP of that the staff look miserable and act like it too, not to be harsh but the job is not that hard. At least act like you don't completely hate the company and tole.

The burwood location is beyond better, the staff are well trained there, and actually do their job.

THEY ALSO PICK UP THEIR PHONE.

If I were to vote for best customer service, Officeworks would get my vote for friendly, helpful and courteous service. 5 stars!

Placed an online order one week ago, but the stuff did not arrive on time. Staff here were responsive, but they said they could not help me, and I shall contact the customer service center directly. Wrote an email to the online team, but no response.
I have to say Officeworks Lewisham is not as good as what it used to be. If you come here, you will find empty shelves, as many items are out of stock, and the stock management system is inaccurate. Officeworks town hall will be a better choice, since you never have to worry about these issues.

I needed to print photos thought would be only 30 mins or so but it took an hour and a half due to the following 1) screen kept freezing 2) ran out of printing paper while it was printing.
There is no press for assistance button at the printing section so you may be waiting awhile for help and staff seem fairly busy. When your phone is connected for printing photos it's hard to leave and seek help as you cannot leave your phone unattended so you just have to sit there and wait to make eye contact with an employee or if you are with someone send them to get help. If you remove your phone to get help you will need to download the photos again a risk I wasn't willing to take.
When I finally had the chance to receive assistance it was fast and done without drama.
For those with little ones there is a baby change room there and you can park underground too.

They only seem to stock about 1/4 of the items listed on the Officeworks website. Visiting this store is an excercise in futility followed by a frustrating drive to Glebe.

It was 5.40pm on a Saturday night. I desperately needed some items printed for an event the next day. Shay from the Print section went above and beyond to assist me. He was not only skilled but very polite and willing to assist. He deserves recognition for his work. Thank you Shay!

Exceptional customer service, especially from David! This guy has set the benchmark on customer service. David has gone up and beyond the call of duty! If only all officeworks staff would follow his example!

I want to commend Rawshan for her impeccable service. She went above and beyond to photoshop and enlarge a photo for me. Thank you for your time and service.

I wanted to print some photos from my phone or iPad. There was a wifi problem so unable to connect with machine. I had been trying for hours to get prints processed. Tamara tried very hard to find another way to get the photos, the first set were very blurred so Tamara tried again with a better result but not all the original choice were processed. Frustrating but Tamara tried very hard, she is a credit to customer service.

Everything you need for your office in one place. Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Both outdoors and undercover. There is a lift and ramp to make it easy to access the store.

Staff are friendly but the photo printing staff are terrible communicators and extremely slow. I stood around waiting for 30mins for a single photo and left empty handed. I also received no email to say that my print job was ready, so they couldn't find it when I arrived a week later. For stationery yes, for printing go elsewhere.
