Officeworks Lewisham

School shopping today but we lost our new High School info booklet called Officeworks, polite staff but not found at time of call.
I went back a couple of hrs later, and it had been saved behind counter. A great relief, thanks friendly staff

I stopped in on Monday to buy a new router & was assisted by Sujal, he was so attentive and made sure I got exactly what I came for, what fantastic service! Thanks Sujal and Officeworks!

My name is Dmitry KUZNICHENKO I’m a local artist; I would like to express my gratitude to the printing team for their professionalism and lightness of spirit each time, especially Roshana who helped me print limited edition prints for a fundraiser for Ukraine.

Self service printing. Be very aware! Choose very wisely! Or you will suffer $0.98 per copy. Do not ask for assistance as you will not receive any. But will get assistance at checkout but will offer no help to assist because you decided to use self service. And unfortunately they will say “you chose self service” we can’t offer you any reimbursement. You can contact customer service by email if you like. But staff are not interested in a customer’s problems with Office Works services.
It’s absolute theft by self service operated by Office Works.
Incidentally it cost me $9.80 for 10 copies plus eftpos charges.

Extremely helpful staff members who went above and beyond for me after the Officeworks call centre were rude and unhelpful. Highly recommended and efficient team.

The retail sales manager at this store is a racist person, he deals with the people according to the colour of the people. Never go again to this store.

Print copy service so slow and inefficient, without anyone monitoring near the printers' area. With a big queue held up by a larger order, customers with minor queries that could be referred to self serve were not addressed.

On top of this, only 3 out of 6 printers were working with all showing the low toner/refer to kiosk warning - does no one monitor the printers? One printer did not print my order. I did not bother going to kiosk as the line again had become huge as service was so slow.

Printers and picture printing machine are always down. Management doesn't seem to care about large lines and let's people wait instead of communicating the wait time. Supervisor left one server on the que while he stocked shelves with a long line.

Max at the scan and copy section of this Officeworks demonstrated incredible customer service. He helped me scan some important documents as well as recommending the best format for each. Very pleased with his service, thank you.

Needed a new router but didn't know which one to choose, I was assisted by Aashish who was friendly and very knowledgeable and helped me choose a router. Works very well so far. 10/10 service

What an absolute joke of a business! Went to print photos at Five Dock and the kiosk wasn't working as the tech doesnt work with "new" iphones and was told to order online. Ordered online to print at Lewisham and waited 1.15min for 11 photos with no assistance at all. Ended up leaving. You have wasted an entire day due to not being able to deliver a service you actively promote. Dont bother with OfficeWorks, you're better off printing online with ANY other company.

Click and collect order was late - over 2 hours after I placed the order. I called to confirm whether it had been picked after over 2 hours of waiting, and the representative said that it had not been picked. Representative tried to make excuses for the team as to why it hadn't been done - "some team members might be scared to handle an order of 30 books". Mind you, these are literally the smallest and cheapest books you can buy at Officeworks. Surely picking large orders is what team members are trained to do? This is really unprofessional!

Maybe because it was so close to Christmas Day and so the staff wanted to be somewhere else, but they were rude, unhelpful and even misleading in their dealings with us.luckily there were great sale prices on a good range of products and late opening hours to redeem the experience of shopping there.

We had an urgent print and binding job, Samia was really helpful, gave good advice and got the job done ahead of time. A very competent and professional employee.

Self service photos unreliable. Cable couldn't read phone at all and their app to kiosk is dysfunctional

Get more trained people at print section. Lady took 15-20mins just to confirm if she can print A2 size print on her printer. Then goes to me $11 for 1 print because she can’t do it on a normal paper. Pushing me to buy expensive stuff and refusing service. I got this done like 100 times from officeworks Punchbowl.
Poor customer service here

Went there to buy stain remover. But difficult get position. Then waste time shopping there. On one helped me. Around 8: 55pm, a staff come to me and told they are closing now. Then I checked the time, there was 5 mins left. I told him I already finalised my payment and just wanna check one product description. Would go soon. But he just stayed around, keeping telling me they closing now. Well, when I need ur help, no one surround. The only function of the staff is for chase customer to leave. I felt very upset about him. I asked him the name. He send me to his manager without any apologies.

Office work in Lewisham is not busy as city. But city office works staff always nice and welcomed. I am understanding why they are quiet. Almost 5 staff working, only 2 customer. But they are not likely help customer. Horrible service.

Would give no stars if possible. 2 minute laminate job can't even get done in one day. Rude and unhelpful staff at this location.
