Officeworks Hoxton Park

I am a regular customer in office work. I went today (Sunday evening) to print my 1 paper. I was shocked to see customer service of this very rude aggressive unprofessional Chinese staff (I guess she is a manager) in printing area at closing time. All I know is she rushing to go home earlier. She printed blurry paper and even she didn’t handed me properly, she ignored me and left desk so quick. When I went to cash counter to pay money I requested could you print clear one, then same Chinese lady pushed the counter lady and she said, your document is like that and you need to pay for it then she charged me money. It is just 20 cents which I don’t care.but the way she talk is so rude, unprofessional and aggressive.she should care her personality in front of her staff as she is a Manager. I can’t believe it how office work hiring this kind of unprofessional staff.she really need customer service training.

Not happy with the customer service! Though store is clean, neat and tidy but service could be way better.

The four stars goes to Bonnie. She was extremely helpful in helping me organise my documents into books. Treated me like a V. I. P when asking me what I required and how I want things done. Very accomodating, helpful and cheerful. The others seemed like they hated their life and just wanted to go home. They weren't so approachable at all. If they were as nice as Bonnie, I would have given 5 stars.

Absolutely horrid customer service. Blatant disregard for company policy, as half of the store and functionality was not operational at 6: 50pm. When the store is meant to be Open and functional until 7: 00pm.

The manager KEN was rude, abrasive and appeared to not have a great deal of knowledge about the store the company or internal operations.

It’s so sad as a shareholder to see that this is the level of what the store has sunk to.

Extra star for the greetings. But horrible customer service and sometimes your items can be double scanned. No paper in Printers and the staff just walks around and can't fix the printers. This reminds me of Bunnings.

Really poor customer service. Been there twice and both times staff were useless, rude and not helpful at all.

Absolutely rude, don’t visit this store. The ladies working at the counter near the self serve printers need to go and get some customer service skills. I never usually write bad reviews but I am honestly just so disgusted by their attitude and behaviour towards me that something had to be done. Never visiting again. I recommend hiring workers with good customer service skills and people who are not rude. Just wrecks a persons mood fr.

Went over to buy a laptop, staff were quick in getting the product out and with recommendations. Great place for office and personal use.

Extremely poor service at the photo centre every time I’ve come to this store — staff don’t acknowledge you when you’re waiting.

Exceptional service from Emily in Print Centre, she went above and beyond and was very patient and helpful! =]

Went there to print 15 minutes before close and a printing worker was the most helpful and friendly person i have ever met. We were both stressing because my usb wasnt working but she helped me until i was able to print my document.

Very bad service at Printing area. Staff don't care about customer. They took 25 minutes just to print one paper. All printing equipment are damages or not working properly. Worst experience at this Officeworks

Click and collect experience totally stuffed by inexperienced staff. Ordered an iphone6 and got given a jar of glitter.

Pretty bad service all-round, their printers were broken and they didn't help at all with what i needed done

Always under staffed in the printing department, waiting time is super long when you want to do other services. Also, the staff in the printing department are not friendly and always have a sour attitude when they speak to customers.

I went there to buy a chair and Jason T was able to assist me with my questions and made sure I was walking away with something I would be confident with. With his constant smile on his face, he was incredibly helpful and provided outstanding customer service.

The People are so Friendly and I love going there. The Atmosphere is Great. I love looking through the Shop. Thay the Staff are so helpful with computer questions

Very good customer service in officeworks Hoxton Park, especially from Micheal the printer man who gave us a great help.
I had bad experiences with the branches on wontworthville and the one on Epping Rd Ryde.
Micheal tried all his best to make things work and serve other customers same time
