I went to OW Hoxton Park on Saturday to print out my Etsy prints and I can't speak highly enough of Bonnie at the printing desk. Honestly I didn't know these Etsy images were going to be such a hassle as I hadn't saved them on USB but luckily Bonnie was quite competent in the printing department and guided me on what I needed to do. Her customer service skills are what we need more of these days. She managed to make this experience a lot more positive for me personally for a project I thought was going to take longer. Thank you Bonnie!

Bec is a joke of a manager. I have managed stores for over 30 years and have never treated customers in this fashion. She has staff that rip of customers selling them insurance for products that cover nothing and that you are covered for by consumer law anyway. Spoken to other managers at other Officeworks stores and they couldn't believe what has gone on, they would never do what she has done. 3 weeks to get through to her, head office also tried, we have been emailing and calling constantly to no avail. I always contact my complaints within 15 mins. Obviously she has a lot of complaints to deal with. It's a bit of a disaster when other stores know what she is like and she has a reputation. Look at your managers Officeworks. If I could give no stars I would.

I need an urgent print job. It said ready to collect in 3 days. I called and explained my situation and they got it ready within 45 mins.

It has been my local Officeworks for years. I have never had an issue. The staff have always been good and helpful. Support your local stores in these times!

Bec was and is amazing! She went out of her way to look high and low for a MacBook charger that was needed urgently. Super lovely and compassionate as well. Very pleasant experience. Thank you Bec x

Obscenely overpriced. Hopeless staff. Will never buy another item from Officeworks and will recommend online and in person to everyone I know how opportunist and exploitative Officecrap truly are

I did an order online to click and collect and waited in the car to be served as per instruction, rang the number for a couple of times to be seviced but no answer, so I had to go into the store to pick it up. Not happy with click and collect

I went into Office work yesterday and the customer service was fantastic. From the time I scanned in to the time I scanned out was 2min. This how we can help stop the spread of Covid. Thank you Office work Hoxton Park ‍️

Printing, Photos, Labels, you name it it's here. Great office furniture and cheap craft and stationery. Kids books and Laptop and iPads too. Phone chargers

Somebody pick up the phone please? Neither printing or general enquiries picking up the phone. Needed some printing and website says 2 days, however wanted to enquire cost/possibility of service in 1 day. Not very good, have taken my business elsewhere.

Too often I've seen special and clearance tags on the shelf, only to be told they don't have any remaining in stock. One time the staffer was even attaching new labels on portable HDD that they didn't have. WOFTAM.

I would like to thank all the staff and management at hoxton park office works for there excellent and amazing customer service. SHAKIL in the photo section made me canvas in less than 3 hours and he was the only one working he has done a amazing job thank you so much.

This officeworks is mostly good. However, the reason for three stars is due to rude customer service from a member named Brayden, I believe. He did not greet me with a smile or ask how my day was, he looked miserable and I don’t think that is right, especially when on counter. Aside from this nuisance, the stock levels are usually quite and great and other team members are quite helpful. Would like to see members like this removed or given a formal warning about how to treat customers. He did not even bid me a farewell. Thank you.

Made us wait 30 minutes in the line and resend the document to only tell us they don’t print A2 due to a “waiting line” to print A2.
They could’ve easily mentioned that when I was waiting in line for 30 minutes instead of chatting with one customer for 20 minutes.

Absolutely amazed from the service we continuously receive whenever myself or my staff members walk into the prestons store! Well done to the team for always looking after us for all our site plan printing. Keep up the great team work. Highly recommend!

Your staff Shayla at the photo printing section is a GEM! I had placed a print order online and have been calling your store for two days to follow up on receiving the prints and Shayla has been reassuring me that the prints (20x50 inch portrait of my two lovely daughters) would be arriving soon. She sent me the message as soon as the prints arrived and I went to collect the prints but to my horror it was printed wrongly (something to do with how I interpreted the online tool). But Shayla was very helpful and apologized for something which was clearly not your company's fault and helped me to reprint the photos right away to make sure I could get it framed on time for their birthday! Feels lovely to be dealt with compassion and genuine warmth.especially since the store was really busy! Shayla is an asset!

Had issues trying to print photos today, and was attended by Dewi. It was important to me to have these photos printed, as they are photos of my mother who had just passed away from cancer.

The issues where due to some photos being screen shots and had to be re-cropped manually and saved. She took the time to fix the photos and then printed the photos. Thank you so much, for the Great customer service, the photos turned out great!

If I could give less than one star I would. I must have looked feral or something due to the way me and my partner were treated. We came in to ask a question and before i even finish explaining myself i am cut off abruptly and in an extremely rudr and unproffessional tone. After a longnterrible day this was the last thing i needed. I felt judged and upset by my customer service experience at this place. I also called two times for the phone to ring out from not being answered. Finally get on to someone and the produxt im after is out of stock. Called back later spoke to another person and the product was multiple in stock. This is the worst customer service experience ive ever had. I have nevet been so upset from bad customer service before.

Excellent customer service and returns policy. I returned a printer that stopped working which I've had for 5 months. The returns process was hassle-free and staff were eager to help and order a different printer from another store. Thank you!
