Very helpful and friendly staff. Even if we did not get the product we wanted, out of stock, but really appreciate their help.

I called less than hour before my arrival to confirm if photograph system is functional. Once I reach there I was told that the we out of photograph paper since 3 hours.
The store attender was totally insensitive when I told her that we called an hour before arrival
I will never recommended anyone for photograph especially when photo quality and as well as the behaviour is not worth for the experience

Rude customer service if you don't like dealing with customers or children then leave the industry, Had a worker say to my child if you are going to open it or try it then you have to buy it, Had a young girl rolling her eyes because my NFC eftpos wasn't going through, I didn't know she was doing it but sensed it then she stormed off saying she's going for her break so the next worker came over and then it worked, I laughed with my child in the carpark saying I kinda sensed that girl was getting frustrated, To which my daughter said yeah she was full rolling her eyes and getting angry, Gee if you not one for patience then maybe retail customer service is not for you

The Asian lady at the printing section doesn’t seem to be professional at all or she doesn’t want work to help customers. Everytime her answer is that the printing machine is busy so I have to wait for one hour. I ignored for the first time but as a customer I come to get prints urgently and not waiting for an hour. Look into this matter.

Terrible customer service and wait just to print! Had a indian lady in print taking her jolly good old time serving customers. Whilst you got young gen z ers standing around talking about how they want lambos. What a joke mate!

On 12th of April 2023 around 11: 45-12: 15, I walked into casula Officeworks and the girl name Shayla from Indian background served me at the print & copy customer service area.
She could see, there was a queue of people waiting and she even didn’t bother to serve them quickly. She was smart with everything how to solve the problem but to me it looked like she was walking around talking to colleagues and then coming to serve the customers. I only got 2 pages to print but the self service printers were all busy as I can see people at the self serve printers were stuck with something and waiting and looking around for someone to come and help but there were no staff around.
I know it’s lunch break time for staff as well but please do look into these to improve the customer service so people don’t have to wait for long just to print 2 pages of documents. The only reason I went to office works was that I needed that document urgently as I was running out of ink at my home printer.
If office works at casula will serve the customers like this I think they are not giving a proper customer service experience to their customers. Please do look into this matter. People rely on Officeworks to give a better service to their customers. Hope this problem will be fixed and next time if I have to come in, I can leave with a smile on my face to have a better service provided.

Friendly staff who are always happy to help you. Great range of office supplies at extremely great prices. Conviently located. Lots of parking.

Slow, clueless staff absolutely useless. Staff unable to assist! Officeworks train your staff!

New office works in the area and can get quite busy at times.
Emily at photo section was very helpful; I got the passport photos in no time!

Don't buy phones from here.
Brought a brand new iPhone from here less than 5 months ago.
Phone is in perfect condition but suddenly stopped working.
Took it to a phone repair place to have it looked at and was told the motherboard was gone. Went back to officeworks as it's still under warranty and was told the phone needs to sent away for them to have a look at it.
3-4 weeks wait!
As the phone was faulty due to no fault of our own and
Needing a phone for work we asked for replacement.
We were told no
Asked for a refund instead then again told no
I understand things happen and sometimes products have faults.
But at least a replacement or refund they just expect people to go without a phone for 3-4 weeks when it's used daily for work

Save yourself the Hassel and buy phones else where

Very organised and clean shop. But many times I had to wait long for printing services. Good to see a brand new office works to this area.

Don't buy anything here. Their customer service is bad and they won't honor refunds under NSW consumer law.

I was served at the counter by Jen and she absolutely lovely to deal with. Wonderful smile and a great heart.

The Printing staff at Casula need better/more training, when I can print something at home from MSPAINT and bring in the soft image and my exact size and shape draft print (A5 paper) and ask for it to printed on your thicker paper and better inks and am told that it cant be done because the image is the wrong size - there is a problem - Kwick Kopy was able to do what I asked in about 5 minutes walk in walk out.

Ordered via click and collect. Phoned the store when I arrived and asked the assistant if they could deliver the order to my car as I had a disability and couldn't manage the large item included in the order. Bowen delivered the items to my car and even loaded them cheerfully. He was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Bowen!

Be aware that if you're planning to print documents, allow enough time for Officeworks to not be able to do it on the day, allow enough time for them to not do it on time, again allow time that when you turn up on the day at the allotted time that it is not done and then allow more time to wait ~1hour for them to do it from scratch. Other than that, make sure to tell them to redo it in colour like you asked.
Appalling service.

The 2 girls at the registers who worked on 13/08 about 5/6pm need to work on their customer service. Waited in line (no other customers in line, it was just me) As I was waiting in line they just stared at me. No 'hi how are you? What can I do for you? ' Not even a smile. I approached them and was hesitant to even ask them anything because they did not seem happy to be working. Got the information I needed and just left. Would never go back here. They made it not an inviting place to shop.
