Would like to give a massive shout out to Shayla from the Print&Copy department.

From the very beginning she was very informative and accommodating to my requests and also provided some me with helpful recommendations to tweak my design.

Turnaround time was quicker than expected and she was there during the hand over aswell.

Easy 5 stars.

Very large store with all the stuff you would need for the office. And lots of other things that are useful. An excellent example of the franchise.

Very very friendly staff, store is big. I give benefit of doubt for not knowing where the stockS are as this is very new store. I end up buying more than 3k of product on one go, however I went there to return back items. I thank you all the store team for your great service.
Far more better than Campbeltown store, Now a days I avoid campbeltown store because of the rudeness of the senior customer service lady. How mean and rude she is over there.

Pathetic pathetic service, wish I could have filmed it, one girl working in the print section, one walking around not paying attention to customers and 3 at the pay section talking. 50 minutes to get passport photos then she forgot to tell me they were ready, never again and will tell everyone not to go there,

Printing team needs some work on organising and attending to others. And! This is not the first time.

If you're waiting on photos to be printed. I'd highly recommend going to Campbelltown or Liverpool. They really need to work on their customer service and also a smile wouldn't hurt anybody.

Needed to have my passport taken. Only to find out they can't email the photos. So you can't process and renew your passport online.sales person was very helpful.

Ridiculous waiting. No staff was helpful. I had to print out just two photos, when I got told by a rude staff member that I had to wait 4 hours. I had asked her questions and she kept ignoring me like I wasn’t there. Mate if you’re that miserable In working go find something else and give these jobs to people who actually want to work. Was not happy. I asked for a refund and walked out.

I use Officeworks frequently to bind large files with a simple binding. Went to the new Casula store the day before school went back (Jan 27). Very busy. Jawon bound and finished three large documents perfectly in under 10 minutes at Officeworks Casula. She was awesome, cheerful, helpful and thoroughly professional. Best customer service I've ever experienced at an Officeworks. Please pass on my thanks to her! I will be back for sure.

The staff here have no idea what they’re doing- they don’t even know where stock is! I understand it’s a new store but it would make sense for management to at least train their team members.
Also, the print and copy team don’t know how to size documents to a specific size which is so bizarre to me. Better off going to Gledswood hills!

Don't bother calling the store to ask any questions. I called, got left waiting until someone picked up. I could hear them talking to another customer. When I said 'hello' twice, I got put on hold again for 5 minutes then I hung up. I called again and a different person answered and told me she will transfer me to another department. I got left on hold for another 10 minutes before I hung up again.

I placed an order November 9th and whenever I check it’s status it stills says it’s not even prepared yet. Today I have called them 14 times and they simply let their phone ring out and it shuts after 2-4 minutes. This place needs to be reviewed by upper management because it lacks professionalism on all levels.

Extremely rude lady dealing with customers near printing area. I print and scan documents quite frequently from different officeworks but whenever I had to visit Officeworks Hoxton Park, I found very incompetent and non cooperative staff there, especially that lady. I don't know her name and I don't want to explain her appearance here but she is very prominent and looks like leading other staff there. This is my first ever negative review but I had to post this after today's experience. I will never recommend this place until staff changes.

Really bad customer service from the younger staff had two People push in front of me. I had to be rude and push in myself just to get service

Went in today to buy something, worker at cash register wasn’t much help, so walked back to the isle and spoke to Jibby (name on his tag) …. A young man who went out of his way to help me. This person is an asset to the Office works group with knowledge understanding and customer service and care.

Called the store to put my item on hold and the staff were extremely friendly, i also got an awesome deal for a price match.it only took me five minutes to go in and grab my order.i was also browsing and an excellent employee named mohammed was so kind to help me out.excellent job!
