Officeworks Greenacre

Every single time I go there to print photos from the kiosk there is an issue. After 20 minutes of trying this afternoon and failing to connect to the network, we lined up for another 15 minutes to ask for help - where we were bluntly told "The server has been down for 3 days, won't be fixed until later this week". Put up a sign and let people know! Always understaffed and very unhelpful. Don't bother going there!

I was told on Saturday morning at Bankstown officeworks (a different store) that my job of 3 A1 posters couldnt be printed until Monday afternoon simply because they 'do not print orders on weekends'. Considering the assignment was due Monday morning this was completely unacceptable. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I called Greenacre Officeworks and they said they would be able to have it ready by lunchtime on Sunday. Not only did the printing department get the job done quickly, they did so in a friendly professional manner. Long story short, the best officeworks in the local area, and it has now become my go-to store, even if I have to drive a few km extra. It's a small price to pay for excellent service and friendly staff. Thank you once again!

Most disgusting service I've received through staff member named Ovi. Selfish, rude and unwilling to help. His unwillingness to help made me frustrated and angry, with the response of "Dont give me that attitude"

This is the place i love for their quick and easy services. Stuffs are very helpful. You can print your photo or documents by yourself. Very good place for kids too as they remain busy with some activities while you are doing your works.
