Officeworks Greenacre

If only I could give no stars. Recently purchased four photo prints from this store in a certain size as we were printing purchased online artworks and did not want to print the images at home in order to maintain a high quality of the images. After several phone calls to the store and being hung up on when trying to fix the glitch in their online print service, the images were finally arranged and collected. When opened, the were the incorrect size and also had small ink stains on the photos which we then had to try and resolve ourselves. However, this wasn't even the biggest issue. The customer service through head office is beyond terrible! I have contacted them several times over the course of two weeks asking for assistance in the matter to try and obtain new prints at the size that was ordered (understandably we did not want to have to cut the prints ourselves after paying so much for them). I was thrown around between departments with no answer from anyone, and when contacting the original customer resolution team member to notify them of this, they too have not responded. For a company that prides itself on quality and satisfaction for one of its core services - printing, it's pretty shocking! Will not be returning to this store, let alone another office works in the future.

Tried to get some documents scanned, the machine froze. Ah well at least the staff who served me were friendly and I'm happy to try again in future.

Worst experience, staff whom I met was really rude and the price is completely different as for example beats studio 3 over-ear is for $359 everywhere else but here that is for $449 and then when we ask if could help through it. Staff straight away asked me to go and buy from Harvey Norman where I'm getting much better Price. Well anyway had enough of retail thug experiences GREENACRE office works added to it.

Decent service. Needed a photocopy and had to wait for a while as there was a queue. Was served in a very professional manner. Friendliness was okay maybe i would not strongly recommend

The employees are very rude in Photocopy/Scan/Print section. They talk more than they listen. They think they understand everything. Then end up complaining "why didn't you tell me earlier that you want print this way? "

Just an update: got helped by Yas who knew exactly what I was asking about in the chargers section. Perfectly friendly and relaxed.

Staff greeted me at the door in areal genuine way. Printer people knew what they were doing and were quick and efficient. No issues!

Fatima was amazing helpful with smile, very quick printing, another smiling lady at the door.

Just overall not great, saw one staff kicking a monitor box to avoid having to bend down and straighten it, had to wait for a staff for 20 minutes to check for stock and was told no stock when it clearly indicated online where were stock. Unpleasent experience.

I had issues with a printer. Management were supportive and helpful and the staff were fantastic. Highly recommend the Greenacre store.

Clean and spacious, printing selection should be taken care of, took me 10 minutes to get served and another 20 for my binding to be attended to.

Painfully slow service. I have never waited less than 10 minutes to pick up a pre paid print job. Usually wait around 20 minutes.

Totally waste my time, they took me 1hours for just printing 7paper of document from 9 document and 2 of my document went missing just because of the staff ignorance. Plus the service are so bad.they ignored me whenever Im calling them. Im so disappointed.

Big store and nicely place things for customers. I felt the team members are not trained properly to attain customers as quickly as possible. I had to wait 5 minutes get serve while they were only one customer before me. The team members were not noticed or had any rush to catch the next customer. However they were minimum 10 team members were working at that point of time.

100 percent bad service
Never come back here again
There are really helpless and waste people's time in here
They don't even know how to work and serve the customer I have been affected with their service
And I request someone to help me out with this

I have been disappointed with the behaviours and services of this officework though I have been advised by Punchbowl Officeworks that new Samsung galaxy Tab A 10.1 would be held for me. As I went there I found that tablet was not new and already tampered, both of them. When asked about that they replied they were refurbished but it was the price for new, nowhere mentioned of refurbished. I said you guys shouldn't have wasted my time- seems they did not even care about customer and services to them. They did not even apologise. I won't recommend anyone to go there and waste and money for their worst services.

Decent sized store, 50/50 on the staff.
Organization should be a priority when looking for item, so I dont have to hunt down staff which are usually hard to locate as they disappear fast when needed.

Clean store, ample parking avaliable.

There is no trolly bay, baffled by this especially because trollies are avaliable, I always take mine back into the front door, I dont dump trollys like the several I had seen on my visit.

Terrible service at the printing area. Staff not helpful at all. This young lady behind the counter knew I needed assistance but still wouldn’t help me or call someone to assist.
Disgusting!
Perhaps management should have frequent meetings with their staff regarding customer service and relations.
Will never come back again!

Worst service ever. Had to get the visa photos in an emergency for my daughter and wife and waited for and hour to get the photos and one of the digital photo was not sent to e-mail and when soft copies were sent they are not usable at all to submit online for the visas. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY VISITING THEM.

Staff are particularly helpful and friendly always assisting no matter the situation. Great quality, great environment, all round great store in Greenacre!
