I am currently waiting for my printing and Neemat at the printing station is amazing! She knew everyone’s order and exactly what everyone wanted. Very refreshing to see such an accomplished and cordial young woman!

Give this girl a raise

So, called to ask if they had a mobile SIM in stock. To which they answered they had 10. Also found out onepass now includes officeworks. So decided to order though onepass and use click and collect. An hour after order my money is refunded as apparently they have no stock. Now was it the staff member who told me they had 10 wrong or did onepass fail. Who knows. So the next day as I still needed the SIM I tried my luck and decided to visit the store. They have mobile SIMs just in front of the register and the one I wanted was not there. So I ask staff member 1, he informs there are more a few rows down (sure why keep them all in one place.). So I go and check a few rows down, more SIMs but not what I am after, so as I am about to walk out I ask staff member 2 if there was any chance they might be hiding somewhere else and he says the one I am after is kept behind the register. So off we go to register and now dealing with staff member 3, who really doesn't know if she works there or not and then proceeds to ask staff member 1 who then tells her which cabinets they are in behind them. My fault for leaving this to the last minute. Would have rated 2.5 but seeing as I got what I wanted they get a 3.

I really want this to be a place I can come back to because it’s close to where I live and I need regular printing - but I came in in such a happy mood and left feeling really frustrated.
I just needed some simple printing done and the young girls at the desk made me feel like I was interrupting their conversation. When the staff member woman finally came over to me she didn’t greet me first but wanted for me to speak. She then told me to go to the self serve printing area and sent another lady over to help me- who asked me to re explain what I needed and didn’t inform me of the best options. I have printed before and know that forwarding documents is fine but she told me that I need to send them directly which wasn’t true. If I had believed that I would have driven home to print the docs. There is no internet in the store so I had to go outside to send the docs to the office works printing number and then - I was not informed properly of the print card option so I ended up spending more than I needed to.
I hope the standards of customer service are resolved next time I go or I’ll have to make a different store my local. The redeeming feature was the lovely lady at the check out counter who served me on my way out.

I had the worst experience with this Officeworks branch. They don't care to notify you about the delay & want you to figure it out on your own. When you call them repeatedly asking about the status of your order, they put you on hold without informing you that they will put you on hold & come back after some time, saying to ring the head office to figure it out. They can't do much.

Last but not least, replace your faulty landline phone & buy a good one from Jbhifi.

Chanel at office works greenacre was fantastic helping me print some important documents. And absolute asset to any business. Thank you so much for your incredible customer service.

Terrible service, faulty products. Keep away from this business. Don't waste your time and money in their useless products. Back to pen and paper. No need for printers.

I wish there was a zero star. The print staffer@Maureen was so unhelpful, utterly incompetent and mean spirited. She was charging me double and was proven to be incorrect but gave no apology or acknowledgement that she failed her customer service.

Time wasting for printing related jobs, better go to other places, long wait, barely one staff, unable to serve many customers.

I was there to inquire about laptops. After I selected some product to buy one of them then I called two young female staff near the cashier because I couldn't see anyone next to the laptops section. They advised me that someone will be with you shortly, then they started chatting to each other and no one come to assist me until I had enough then I depart the store.

Went here to print out some documents, staff were respectful and helpful, and it wasn't confusing.

I needed an A1 poster for a project. I went to 3 other office works before and they couldn’t give me one in time. Then I came to Greenacre and the staff were very nice and were able to get it done within 10 minutes. A big relief. Very grateful!

After calling, was told an item would be price beat over another retailer. Drove to the store and after some passing around between staff for 10 minutes, was then told the opposite because the item was the same price as the competitor. Not sure when the price changed online and don't know how customers are expected to be aware of when officeworks changes price live and without advertising.
The policy applied may be the case but I relied on advice which ended up being wrong and wasted 45 minutes over the round trip. The staff I spoke to were understanding but someone in the team dropped the ball. Really poor customer experience

I went to Green Acre store to purchase a laptop, the one I selected wasn't in the stock so I agreed to take the display model and the sales guy who was helping me offered a $50/- discount on the displayed price because it was a display model with no box etc. He informed the at the billing counter and left saying they will contact me once the IT resets the laptop and ready to pickup. Now, the guy who did the billing charged me the display price and said I'll get $50 as flybuys money and I have to redeem after. That money never came to my flybuys.

First time going to the Greenarcre store and was shocked with what I saw. I bought a mouse and realised the box was empty on my way home. They were able to exchange it. I was told the theft rate here is extremely high, and a walk around the store confirms this with boxes teared apart.

Be mindful if you do shop here and check if the item is still inside.

The printing department in this store is a joke. I've tried several times to print item here and each time have given up. I just stood waiting in line for 20 mins to be served - one staff member asked another if he was serving me. He said no, first staff member walked away anyway. So I walked out.

Yesterday I met one lady customer service officer at service desk who’s behavior was very rude

Spend 15c to print a photos, bloody self service kiosk is broken, staff is not helping, waiting for bloody 30 minutes in the line to try to get my photo, it is a bloody joke

Don’t print photo here, try other places, wasting of time

Farizz was professional, apt and quick to respond to my needs. Processed something that was broken and helped me find all my items. Many thanks will be back

Terrible service- slow and lacking staff. Staff unaware of service sections they work in. Worst officeworks I’ve been to yet an I’ve been in admin 15 years.

Specially would like to Thanks Mr Vu (Store Manager) who went above amd beyond to help find a product that I am looking for.
