64 Re: photoprint. Nothing works at 'officeworks. ' Self serve kiosk will not print receipts after payment for photos. Big waste of time having to re line up in the queue.
Staff were helpful but they were really busy and had to work with a broken system so it's not their fault. Management need to pick up their game.
The self printing machine machine suddenly refused printing although it charged for the job, assisted by one guy who asked me to print twice (charge twice) with no hope. He simply asked me to go to printing counter without providing a solution or offering a refund. Thankfully, a nice guy called “Hash” at the front counter helped to sort the issue.
The print shop staff were not helpful in the slightest. Not only did she print the project incorrectly but also smirked when telling us we couldn’t get a few A4 pieces of paper cut without 24 hours notice. Unbelievable.
Daniel at officeworks Greenacre was exceptionally helpful, took the time to help me find a printer that was showing at in-stock but not on the shelf. He went the above and beyond. Thanks Daniel
I know there is a supply shortage at present but this is beyond a joke. My online click and collect order was supposed to be available on Jan 10th. And it’s still not available.
No email updates or phone calls to advise do the status.
Called the store and head office multiple times but I am just placed on hold for hours.

Was impressed on the customer service and availability of products, easy to get a park. Store is not overly busy. All the staff are knowledgeable on products and go the extra mile to assist.
At least they should have their system working if we need to print something! There emails are always slow and their system is always down. What a waste of time when u have 30 minutes lunch break and u rush to officeworks to print some documents to find their system is either slow or not working. Do not recommend at all
Asked the staff which branch is allow walk in photocopy she answer all not allowed in this moment. But just found out of LGA of concern are open as normal since 06/09.
The click and collect system is probably one of the slowest systems I've ever seen. I don't understand how its going to take three days to print out 4 pieces of paper. Why sell innovative technology if the technology you use is slow and non-efficient. A small little post office got it done quicker than you lot lool
This suite is so poor especially the search facility. It is contrary to stock in store and therefore impossible to order. I am not a robot. This site was designed by one.
The customer service is good, but the booths to print out a piece of paper 5 out 6 they aren't working, and the sixth one the software is being updated. Guess the other branch in Punchbowl is much better.
This store has the worst customer service ever. I placed an order for the airpods, went to the store to pick and one lady said its not arrived yet but then when I asked for the refund as I have waited too long then she told me we have one in the stock. I went to the counter and found out they have dozens of them on the counter but she lied. She made me pay for a new one cos my order isnt arrived from the warehouse but the question is, where are those at the back came from? This is shocking to see the Manager 'Melissa' was terrible in handling this and sent me back to come tomorrow when my item comes from the warehouse. I asked why not give me refund or at least give me the product you already have then she replied that it is not mine lol what a joke. I would never go back to this store ever.
Greenacre store mismanaged store. Store culture depends on manager. Staff don't care about customer, especially those on checkout. Wouldn't go there anymore.
If someone from Officework would like to experience, just go there as a customer and see yourself.
Team member Mahdi was very friendly and approachable, helped me decide on gifts for my cousins and also wrapped them beautifully! Would definitely be coming back on Saturdays for his service
My husband went to the Greenacre store to get some soda stream gas refills. He was charged full price for new cylinders even though they took back the empty cylinders. Officeworks please train your staff properly.

You are extremely unprofessional, sorry not sorry for rocking up 5 mins before closing. You were so rude and gave us the most disgusting look as why we would want to print a paper at 8: 55PM, not only that you had the audacity to question why we rocked up at this time and not earlier.
Safa you get paid per hour so whatever minutes you MIGHT stay back for a print you will get paid for, don’t pretend your doing me a favour by printing me an A4 copy at 8: 58 because you are getting paid until your shifts end and not doing this for free.
If it’s really a tough thing for you to do, you might aswell work somewhere else maybe a manoush shop or chicken shop were customer service isn’t highly regarded.
Did my research on the item on the Officeworks website to see if it was in stock in the store, when I got to Officeworks the staff wasted half an hour of my time to find the item because they didn't even know where the item was. One of the staff members at the counter was constantly sneezing without covering up.good thing I had my mask on.

Just went there to scan an entire children's storybook for an assignment which I realise is super annoying for any worker but the gentleman that served me, Mahdi, I believe his name is, was so nice and patient and did it like a champ. Thank you! Had to put this here incase my in-store comment didn't reach him. This isn't my first time being served by him and he is always polite and helpful. I hope he is recognised for his great service
Customer service is appalling. There are 5 staff on site and none are offering assistance. Rating 1 star as I can take less.
